Well maintained property, excellent location near the airport, clean rooms, toilets, Good AC rooms, overall a great experience. Also the price was very affordable. Polite staff, Ms Anshu, good food too. Over all a great experience.

It is located in Service road of GST Road. Ample car parking. The staff seemed to be not so great on hospitality. There is veg & non veg RESTAURANT on the Ground floor. They deliver to the room. The ROOM was really big, but not worth the 4k we paid for a night. The TOILET had a constant smell, due to which I asked it to be cleaned again. That didn’t help anyway. They provide bottled water in the room and kettle.

we booked double bed but we got 2 single bed, there is no amenities like dental kit, or any toiletries item provided.

The food served in the ground floor restaurant is quite good. Location is near to SRM University but the auto drivers charge exorbitant fares. Rooms are quite big with basic facilities. Bar is also very good with good service.

I am not happy with the service and staff behaviour. They were not at all cooperative, AC was not cooling, TV was not operational. Staff was rude and ready to engage with guests.

Receptionist was very impolite and unwelcoming , ac was not effective. Resturant management was good , limited choice but fresh food. Breakfast was mini tiffin but again quality n taste was perfect

Hotel location is good. But maintenance is very poor. Looks like no leadership to look after maintenance. Fan regulator was not working, very low water pressure in bathroom and hand spray. Sower has low water pressure and also it was blocked over the period of time and cleaning at all. Restaurant was good with some manageable issues.

Food was very good. Property is located on the main road. Staffs arr very cooperative.

horrible experience. on 15th April 2025 at late night around 2.30 am someone knocking door /bell several times. one day before some police personnel came at 12.30 am verifying our ID .
