Terrible stay for the day the led light not working at all

Chalil residency should improve it's standard. I was not given clean bedsheets or pillow cases. It was unclean, torn badly with bad odour. I got it replaced after repeated requests today. Not given a bottle of water being complimentary and asked me to pay for water. Toilet was absolutely unclean

Room is a not tv

I was totally disappointed in my stay. The power failure was so frequent and the room maintenance and the quality was soo poor and customer service had bad experience with the customer service boy

No lights and ventilation in bathroom. Fan not in working condition @bedroom. Television not working.
