Excellent Stay
It was good stay and the best part of the hotel was it is just 5 mins away from the mall road and most attractions.

Poor Stay
This hotel is bad quality .i don’t suggest to anyone to stay here .my personal experience share with everyone.but snacks item’s was very goods in taste .

Service
I stayed here last week in an Elegant Room with Balcony. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The property is small but well-maintained. Room was neat and clean with all basic amenities. Bathroom was also clean. Room size is slightly compact and not fully soundproof. Resorts has limited car parking. Staff was polite, cooperative, and attentive. Conveniently located within walking distance to Mall Road (Masjid Point).

We didnt have water supply in the hotel since our check-in, got it for just last hour. Hotel staff was good but amenties were so badd

Very bad exp
The resort is not worth the room size is so small, there is no space to walk in room. The bathroom water heaters were not working in chilled weather. When asked for hot water, they initially refused to provide coz of no person available for service. After arguing, they supplied bucket of hot water. At last day of checkout, they refused to give breakfast at 7-7.30 in morning which I requested them one day before to give early at 7. It was included in our booking. They said there breakfast time start after 8 am only (They didn't cleared it one day before when I requested). Overall very bad experience at hotel. the location of hotel is in city only but no rikshaw or taxi available to go in city. The hotel arrange taxi for 300-400 for one side. Would not suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Not upto the mark as expected by the price i had paid for it. Moreover the people at reception have poor knowledge of handling the hotel

should mentioned about what is elite because when i checked into hotel, they were giving me room in basement which is not expected. But it is good when i asked them to change it, they did.

Wonderful
We stayed in cedar woods resort nainital with family, it was amazing experience here. Service and food all are awesome. It's nearby to mall road and lake with car parking space. Rooms are also good with balcony.

Good location
I stayed in cedar woods resort for two nights and there days in october. The rooms are not at all specious not even airy. Windows are opening to the dining area. Toiletries, slipper, shower cap etc will be provided on asking. Bed linen, pillow and blankets are very dirty. Towels were wet. Adding to this i must mention, the pictures uploaded are tricky. The rooms are very small and dark. The complimentary breakfast was average with very less options and no fruit or juice. Stuff were nice and they tried to serve their best with that poor infrastructure. Over all we didn't enjoy the stay. Besides there are many other hotels and resorts which are much better as per price.

Terrible Stay
It’s terrible stay. No one was picking the call at reception. Service was very poor. You have to wait for minimum 1-2 hour to get your services. Ac was not working in the room. They took more than 1 hour to fix this issue. I asked at reception for bedding in two room around 9:30. After number of follow ups, they did bedding at 11:45 pm after 2 hours. We were here to get rest, not for follow ups and wait. I was at reception and one another guest came there to ask for water bottle. As per him, he was waiting water bottle from last 1:30 hour and he had to take the medicine. I called manager and general manager to get support, but no one picked the call. There was only one security guard and one other staff. No one was here to complete the orders from all the guest. You have to black list hotel from make my trip.

Dear Sir, We are very sorry to know that we couldn't meet your expectations. We would like to clear you that there is no AC required in our property Because of the cold climate there so we don't have that. Our guests even ask for the blankets. We provide 2 mineral water bottles and a jug of water every day in each room and if any guest want extra water so the intercom can be used instead of coming at reception. I really apologise for our staffs slow service.
worst hotel for money in Nainital
Rooms and bathrooms were stinking even after they put room freshner. breakfast was rejected by everyone in my family. rooms were not safe from another room at ground floor. room were full of dust. really by profession m doctor and this was worst experience till date literally 🙏🏾

Good Stay
Very good location as it’s just 10 min walking distance from the city centre/ mall road but without any view. The only place where they allowed pet in peak season. Make my trip created trouble for me as every hotel denied pet despite being listed as pet friendly. Cost definitely doesn’t justify the room service & morning breakfast- property owner must try to improve many other available services to have repeat patronage. Service by mr sonu & all staff is worth mentioning as customer centric.
