Firstly the hotel management denied that i have a booking after that he doesn't allow me for the 02 nos of sute i have booked he allows me only 01 sute and charged for an ext a bed also. The behaviour of hotel management was not satisfactory at all.

At booking time difference rooms but at time hotel showings another rooms. Food not testy.

Room was okay, but staffs were not attentive and used to ignore all the time for any ask. I had booked 3 rooms for two nights. But i had to manage with two rooms as the rooms were not available. One room was big where beds were sufficient but another one was too small. Also i had to pay 30% extra money for pre-checkin and that too for all the three rooms, i asked to give one room only for precheckin and charge just for one but they didn't agree, and i had to pay 30% extra for all the three rooms. Additionally i asked to clean the room next day and submitted the key at reception, it seems they cleaned but didn't change the bedsheets. When i asked to change it at night they just sent 1 bedsheet for 1 room. Overall it was not good experience. There was no facility at all. Even housekeeping was not ready to listen anything.

Don't book room here if you want wifi and tv. Those facilities are not available in the 3rd floor. You will get better options at the same price in near this hotel.

when we checked In we were denied saying they don't have rooms when they get to know we booked at cheap rates. after some arguments, they gave us room saying they have only one non ac room whereas we booked ac room. after this manager asked us to pay ₹300 more when we said we already paid online he was arguing. last but not least non ac rooms were given of very small in size. hotel was new but didn't liked staff behaviour and checkinn problems.

Bedroom small, bed hight uper 3 ft double bed 4x6 ft sweeper is hotel vetar, no other vetar, no emergency power supply after light cut no cooperatively staff no hindi speak

The hotel did not allow to check-in it was worst experience we were 10 people from my family we came from mumbai and we were denied the check-in it took us 4 hours to find another hotel and still no customer service has reverted me till now
