Perfect hotel located near tirupati with polite staff and tasty breakfast .
Had a really comfortable stay at Hotel SLS Grand, Tirupati! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, perfect after a long day of travel. The staff was super polite and always ready to help with anything. Even the owner was so humble and welcoming – it really felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with good options to start the day right. The location is a big plus too – very close to the bus stand and easy to get around. The overall vibe of the hotel was peaceful, and for the price, it’s honestly a steal. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tirupati

Not satisfied with the hotel Found cockroaches Taps have run out of water Multiple calls and reminders were ignored Waited for 30 mins in the bathroom for water

Average Stay
Room size is very congested and no adaquate movement . Room not provided with soaps, tooth brushes and tooth pastes and only ashower gel bottle kept inside bath room. Floor mat is too old and shaby and filled with muddy dust.

Average stay with convenient location
Rooms were ok. The pillow covers were not clean. Asked them to change it. Breakfast was below average. Just ok to stay for 1-2 days without expecting much. Location is near bus stand, hence you will get enough restaurants and conveyance facilities nearby.

Average Stay
Wall cloth hanger was not fitted to wall and was hanging on the strength of one side screw fitting only. Cloth hangers not provided in the wardrobe. Room is very small and there is no place to put luggage other than on floor. we have to lean to floor to remove any item from our baggage.

property location on map is very confusing and it's located inside, breakfast is average. their wifi connection is very slow not suitable for working. we stayed for 3 days they didn't clean the room once.

there is no doubt about the location and the room it's more than what you pay definitely worth it the over-all property location is easy to find and just 5 mins away from the bustop and railway station the room has enough ventilation they provide amenities like kettles and cups and speaking of breakfast it was really worth it and if calculated it would nearly cost you above 450 could say a best Holiday stay with family

Maintainance is Poor
Response is poor and basic things also not provided in room , Bath towels and Soaps not provided in room. Water bottle also we will collect at the time of check in only they will not bring to room
