The room was spacious and the whole experience was amazing with extremely helpful hosts

1. No shampoo in the rooms. 2. Washrooms were not clean. 3. Lock of the main door of the room was missing so the room couldnot be loced from inside. 4. There was only one socket to charge mobile in the entire room. No socket near the bed neither near the dressing table to use a dryer.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff kindhearted. Well cooperated

The property was near to baga and calangute beaches. Room was spacious and clean. The check in and checkout was smooth. Would recommend this stay anyone looking for a budget stay in north goa

No food, no basic amenities, attendent rude behaviour, one can get better hotels in such price.

Property is well monitored by owner himself and the gates are always close for safety.

This has to be perhaps the best budget stay in north goa. The location is very close to baga and anjuna. The stay is very please my with big and clean rooms. Kitchen fridge and ac are available. One of the bathroom had a bathtub. The owner and the caretakers were pleasant and checkin and checkout was a breeze. We p rehired a car and this stay had an easy car parking as well. I would definitely recommend this for couples or families.

A silent place, beautiful rooms. Delicious food, wonderful staff. Had a great stay and time. Would love to come back again next time.
