While the hotel's location were great, the lack of floor mats in the bathroom was a significant oversight. This made stepping out of the shower feel extremely slippery and dangerous. Floor mats are a standard amenity in most hotels.The absence of mats was a disappointing experience and should be addressed to improve guest safety and satisfaction."

very very small room , no room service also parking issue. very small swiming pool , waste of money .

Property was alright but TV was not working at all & AC was working in very much poor condition. After making complain, It wasn't done & even hotel management was not serious about it.

Worst staff .... Irresponsible behaviour... Room booked for 4 people still paid extra extra mattresses.... Hotel people started to scare us ....

Very very bad experience ever had, manager is arrogant, rooms are not good in conditions, very bad room service, too much delays even ask to provide water bottles, no hot water available and when asked manager said it will come in 5min, but even after 30min waiting no hot water available, i suggest everyone don't book this hotel ever

The staff is nice, helpful and courteous. The property needs a bit of maintenance. There is parking issue. But the resort team helps out. Swimming pool is very small. Restaurant is average in quality with competitive cost.

We had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and good service. Rooms had enough space for an extra mattress. We had a small balcony with our room.

It was average stay, room service too poor, not even they provide water bottle daily at room, instant payments for the food is ok but one day the dirty dishes stayed outside the room,

The property was good for a solo traveller. But for the price point they were offering it wasn't satisfactory. Service was not good. There was no water in the room, if we asked their staff they told us you either need to go and get from the filter in reception or order from the restaurant.

Resort good. Resort owner good person. Any issues he will respond immediately. Resort owner provide car and bike rental also. Swimming pool very clean. Restaurant also availability. Food is good

Am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service i received during my recent stay in veronica resort as a frequent traveler in same hotel but seems staff changed, i encountered during my stay were unacceptable.

This hotel is so good and hotel staff is very cooperative personal room is very clean hotel and very nice
