location is good reception staff.they say yes to everything but deliver nothing quality of room below average for the rate they charge, finishing is raw, space utilisation is just not though through as much the room doesn't have a wardrobe and there are open hangers to hang clothes, the tv is too small, and in my room they had a defective screen damaged tv, logged 3 requests on there app, which went unheeded, called reception they didn't pick the phone, went down and gave them a piece, they replaced the tv with another the next day morning, cut to evening when I switched on the tv, found the remote to be of a different brand, new battle starts to get the remote replaced, which did not get replaced through the stay and then they curtly tell me that there dish connection too is down and unlikely to be restored anytime soon so getting the remote control changed is really not worth it, post which I gave up.
breakfast. pathetic, both in terms of the spread and quality, first day I ate egg bhurji which they had kept ready and not prepared fresh, I upset my stomach second day just had fruit and cornflakes to stay on the safer side. restaurant & bar. though the roof top bar looked good, I didn't have drinks , the food menu too is limited and grossly over priced beds & sleep quality.was ok
overall not a great experience, it's like an overpriced kind of property being marketed as a boutique hotel, you get much much better rooms & service and food
