Terrible Stay
The hotel booking was cancelled immediately after booking from Make my Trip menu and requested for refund in my account but it is still not credited, pathetic service

Terrible Stay
The rooms do not have proper ventilation and the food quality is also cheap , they denied giving bills , and were told to ask for agoda for any issue.

Terrible Stay
Food was not good, hotel rooms and ambience are different than photos, staff behaviour is not good. They even don't provide a comb, it is very basic. For toothpaste and brush I have to ask for 2-3 times. First they said we don't provide toothpaste and brush but after arguments they provide. Worst experience

Poor Stay
Having cockroaches in the room. Nowhere it is written that guests are not allowed. they didn't allow my guest to even enter the room. He came to meet me for 10 minutes.

Poor Stay
However I requested and raised a complaint regarding the worst facility of the hotel and food which were added in my bookings. Still my complaint was not addressed. Please refund the amount for the food which was provided during my stay from 09 April to 12 April 2025 and refund for two days from 13 April to 15 April 2025 for cancellation charges.

The hotel took charges for lunch and dinner and gave outside packed food to me, further there were no arrangements for tea in the room no kettle , quite a bad experience being a 3 star hotel
