It was quite a homely experience, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable to stay it, have to work a bit on the service part, but the rest was quite nice.

We booked 2 rooms. When I reached there at 1 pm, he asked me to wait for an hour to get the room cleaned. So we went to Lal chowk just for a walk. When we arrived there again at 3 pm. He told me that we have to adjust in 1 room only as there is no space. After a little discussion when I told him to cancel my booking, then he agrees to give me two rooms but in another guest house. It was ok overall but I was harassed for an hour. Plz don’t book to bing Homestay in your life.

Not recommended, location was not good and food was terrible. Will not recommend this to anyone. Waste of money.

GOOD LOCATION, AT WALKING DISTANCE FROM DAL LAKE GATE.NO 2. MAMAGER REYAZ IS.GOOD GUY.

Unfortunately we weren’t staying at that property as when we happen to reach there they were unaware about our booking They took some time and arranged another home stay for us it was OK but we had to pay extra As there was no other option at that hour and searching another option was also a misfit so we had to comply.

They denied booking and they have given me another stay in nearby vicinity . That stay was not upto the mark.

Power issues, sockets are not working, staff asking each day to change room. No proper cleaning and worst room..No room heater it is very difficult to stay in winters don’t prefer to stay because area is very dirty

Room was in quite good condition and clean. Staff was also supportive. Washroom was also cleaned and good condition.

Not for winter stay . No room heater available never book this home stay electric blanket also not good. Blanket also dirty . They cut off the electricity whenever they want.

Multiple reasons to rate 1 1. Heating blankets not working 2. Frequent power cutoffs specially during late night (sleeping time) and in the morning when electricity is necessary for the water heater to function 3. The wash basin had a broken pipe 4. No proper thick curtains 5. One of the room's washroom had no jet spray because of which the room had to be changed 6. Window glass of bathroom was broken because of which it was too chilled due to cool air 7. No cleanliness the only good point was that the staffs were very friendly and available at all times.

The owner is very helpful and the staff is very nice aswell. Just keep in mind the electricity goes away around 8 pm so keep your mobiles charged but they'll turn the generators on so no worries aswell. There are bed heaters to keep you warm and the location is okaish as dal gate is in walking distance but just a little improvement can be done on the sign board of the hotel as it a bit small. Overall a wonderful experience.
