Over all experience was good

The property was completely different , AC was not working and the room was so hot, I was not able to sleep there, had to shifted to another hotel. Dirtiest room I have ever seen in that price segment. Corridor was slippery as there was hardly 2 fit distance from pool and rooms door.

Semi-luxurious property in budget. Staff is supportive. swimming pool is clean and tidy. Food is also good

Stay was good but we faced minor issue with washroom foul smell since we were staying in the room so hotel couldn’t do anything but they did help us with room fresheners it seems there was some plumbing issue and this was only with our room and they have assured this would get fixed once we checked out. GM Rahul Singh and his Subordinate Abhijeet was helpful. Close to Anjuna beach, Artjuna cafe, Curlies and Shiva valley. Very limited options in breakfast. Limited food options around the hotel. Location: 4/5 Rooms: 4/5 Staff behaviour: 4/5

property is good but cottages are right next to pool ... that means you have no privacy left... & I literally mean no privacy left .... it's like people are swimming right next to your bed ... however staff is extremely good ...no doubt food is good host & staff is good property location is good but only problem is privacy ... In case you are not couple... just book it ... everything on point

The overall feel and quality of services are below average and the pictures are highly deceptive, the resort is relatively cramped and the location is also not great.

Had a wonderful stay at this property during our recent trip to Goa. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Anjuna Beach and the famous flea market, which made exploring the area super convenient. The hospitality was top-notch right from the moment we arrived. The support staff were very courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Room service was quick and efficient, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy. One of the highlights of our stay was the giant swimming pool, which was very well-maintained and accessible directly from our spacious room – such a great touch! The rooms themselves were comfortable, and opened up straight to the poolside, which made relaxing even easier. The in-house restaurant has a very appealing seating area, perfect for both casual meals and a relaxed evening. The breakfast buffet was decent, though it could use a few more options to cater to different tastes. Another great convenience was the availability of scooties on demand, which made it super easy to explore nearby attractions without any hassle. Overall, a great stay – highly recommend if you’re looking for a mix of comfort, location, and good vibes in Goa!
