very good service provided by the restaurant staff and the manager Food was also good and tasty, the only thing we lack is the more option in food menu

The location was very good, however the hospitality needs to improve. We were fooled on the mineral water. They refiled bisleri water and sent to the rooms which is very unhygienic.

All were top notch. Struggled for 1 day for wifi but then it was working fine. Breakfast was very delicious and must include in your stay

Superb stay at this price range. We stayed there for 3 nights. Star of the show was the plunge pool. The staff are awesome.

To start with food was exceptionally good and fresh. Stay was smooth & staff was very nice. A just stay for people who are looking for economical stay in Goa.

The overall experience was nice at the hotel. Only issue was the hotel was goong through renovation due to which the bar counter, spa, rooftop restaurants were not opened.

The property overall is good, the rooms are good, location is also near by to the pubs and restaurants. The variety n the breakfast menu was vey limited. We stayed for almost 5 days and same breakfast was provided.

I had booked a Premium Room(base category) which is also decent(facing backside ) but to my surprise Mr Saikumar upgraded my room to Executive Suite Room . It was huge , clean , lavish and had a good bath tub . View facing roadside is satisfying . This property was earlier know as something else . It’s completely renovated or maybe built new just 3 months back . Property is very nice , proximity to Anjuna Beach - 2.7kms , Thalassa , Kiki and other restaurants-4.3 kms . Only thing during our stay SPA and rooftop restaurant was not started still . We were very happy with our entire experience. Hospitality and staff behaviour both 👍 I would recommend people to stay here .

This is a new hotel so the rooms were nice and clean. The food is also good but the restaurant closes at 11 p.m so late night food or early morning food is not available. The staff is helpful .

The rooms are nice. But the service is not up to the mark. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms, and the water was not changed for the pool room. The breakfast was also very basic.
