Nice facilities with awesome food

It was a wonderful stay at Athens cottage. I booked the room for 2 nights, room and bathroom were ultra clean. Kuriakos and his wife are so generous hosts. He picked us from the Anabal bus stop which is around 2km away from the cottage. His wife cooks awesome Kerala food, everyday we had the food cooked by her only. Uncle only took us in and around Munnar for site seeing in his car. Hot water was available all the time and there was a wi fi facility as well. He charged reasonable price for all the services(Room, car, food) he provided. Totally it was a nice stay at the cottage and we love to go back again ..

I got my booking email the hotel owner said he doesn't know about it. I sent him email, and then called him, he said he has cancelled the booking. I had to search and check in a new hotel at 11th hour. Imagine my condition, so late at night searching for a new hotel. I have initiated refund and waiting for 5 working days for money to be refunded. I didn't stay at this hotel.

Nice place to relax and enjoy only thing is little interior. Worth what you pay and Good service provided by the owner with home food. Little away from the main city so need to travel for everything. Food is the problem since no good hotel available in locality however home food provided by the owner. Recommended for family stay

The experience was awesome. Munnar is 10km away but you get a chilling plc to stay away from all the odds off the city. Rooms are very clean even the toiletries. Surrounding area is very refreshing away from all the gadbad of city. Host is really a humble and helpful person, treats you like a family person. They also provide you food which is prepared by his wife and is really very tasty. I m 100% sure ull nevr get betr food in Munnar at any other plc. The host guided us to the spice farm and wonder valley by his tavera and also dropped us various places at a lower cost. The experience was really good and my suggestion for you is if you are planning to tour Munnar this is the best and cheapest plc.
