Its very clear, privacy is very good, value for money

There is no food arrangement, staff does not understand the language other than Bengali. Ford is not available. We have to order from outside. No soap available. Bedsheets blankets are dirty- but it's a cheap stay.

No service hard to find as address and looting money and never gets call lifted

From arriving till checkout, everything was smooth and cordial. Dont think twice before choosing it.

We stayed here with family. My kid is 10 months old. I booked this house because if had kitchen facility. I was able to cook and kitchen was clean. Though I could not see much utensil to cook, but since I was carrying my own utensil, it was okay for us. Location was good since we had to go to wedding near ruby hospital so it was convenient for us. But while going to Kalighat, Russe street it was too far and one way we had to spend approx 500 in uber. Rest I think daily cleaning should be done. The housekeeper told us that she will clean the rooms on monday. So in our stay from friday to monday morning check out, rooms were never cleaned. In breakfast we had bread toast with jam and banana and omelette. I think breakfast can have few more options. The owner was good to respond and very cooperative. We have booked one room later when my mom and dad also decided to come. But that room was booked for sunday for somebody else. It was not informed to me in advance while confirming but later when I reached the House, the owner told me that for sunday the room which she gave for my mom dad, was booked for someone else in advance. We thought we will manage. The people in that room came at 6:30 only and we had to vacate mom dad's room by 6:40 am. Then we were to able to go to that room again by 8 pm. We needed room during 4-5 pm when we were told that room will be again available for us but it was not so. Plus we paid full amount for that day also. Which I think should have been at least halved, but that is okay. She did not consider that even we asked her since for whole day we did not use that room but only we used for sleeping at night. Rest everything was okay and will recommend this place to everyone and will visit again when required.

Facilities need to be improved.

This is a home stay near Saltlake sector v metro Station with beautiful feeling of home.

The stay was very good and the location was also convenient for us. Cleanliness and the security were very good At the property. All the necessary facilities were available. Room was nice and the view of the open blue sky and the trees were very relaxing. I will be happy to recommend the property to others.

Everything was fine and the staff service was also good. The property was safe, secure and well maintained. The room was neat and clean, overall stay was good.

Room is big. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is available in which they give you omelette and fried bread. There's no other option in breakfast. Kitchen is there but you can't cook. They have lunch menu which you can see in the file kept in room but when we asked them they said that lunch is not available neither dinner. We had to order food from outside everyday. Also they have a gatekeeper from 8 am to 9 pm. So if you are late you probably have to wait for someone to come or you have to call the manager. One night we came around 10:30 and we were ringing bell and shouting is anyone there. But no one responded. Then I called the manager and after 2 minutes the staff came to unlock door. Overall average stay experience. Would not stay there again neither recommend other

One of the best place where I stayed in recent past. The host is so helpful and friendly, for a single sec also I did not got the feeling that I am away from home. Best place to live in Kolkata.
