Property not provided food on that day. Location is good. Facility is poor.

hotel room was not clean, washroom are also not good, even bad sheet pillow cover is very dirty. even towels are not good. very bad smell is coming

Ideal location as the Hotel is very near to Kalighat mandir and Gariahat market. The room was compact. Room service and general service was very good. Excellent Staff Jafar who assisted us with every request. They let us to store our luggage in hotel even after check out time which allowed us to shop a lot more. overall very good experience

The location was good. All sorts of transportation options were available. The staff were warm and made me feel comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and sound. The hotel infrastructure justifies the price. They were kind enough to write off any charges they could have claimed for breaking a tea mug.

Pathetic experience... Room was dirty and smelling when complained they sprayed room freshener but when the effect was over again the room was smelling. So requested them to change the room and in the new room the ac or the fan both where not working.

The room was average and location was good right near gariahat market service was not good

This property near to my office & metro so connectivity is very good outside food is also allow staff behavior is also good for my work i need to leave the hotel at midnight, but they don't complain on it this was my 2nd stay their i love to visit their soon

Concern with MMTRIP for having paid Rs 262 extra for the failure of their app in getting my extension and I have to book fresh. Details I have written in my previous review

The property location is good . Fortis hospital R V Avenue and Gariahat market is about 500 meter. The property manager and staffs are courteous. There was no arrangement of any food, you can get only morning tea on payment. For your breakfast, lunch or dinner either you have to order online or you have to go outside. It is not a hotel, it is a banquet hall with rooms of different categories.

I have already given my review. My concern is with mmtrip. I was staying in this property for last two days. Through the app i wanted to extend the date, it showed an amount of rs 1538, i made the payment but it got unsuccessful. I talked to mm-trip customer care and asked them to resolve the issue as i tried twice but the payment was unsuccessful. They kept me on hold for 5 minutes and came out with a solution that i have to make fresh booking by paying rs 1800. I had to do that because i was attending my brother in nearby hospital. My only concern is either the app should not have been showing extension at that rate or i should have been compensated by mm-trip for having paid rs 262 extra.

The stay was really good. Good place with good people. The room was clean although the bed sheet was that much. The service was good.

The room was cramped up. No space to move around, it was damp and unclean.

The location was easy to find. What i didn't like was, i asked him at the reception before moving to the room - is the room clean? he said it's clean sir. But once i moved in, i found the floor had dust and mud. The cloth on the bed was not dusted properly. We had to clean the bed because of excess dust. Other than this the room was very small compared to the photo.
