Electricity cut , they don’t have power backup, food quality is not good, staff behaviour is good , very narrow room conditions

Nice location, Helpful staff, Rooms are clean but small in size. Bathrooms are clean. Everything was perfect

The rooms were too small, the receptionists were rude and not welcoming neither cooperative. Room services were laid back.

I have visited this hotel by looking the ratings on MakeMyTrip portal. But in actual experience was opposite. Room size is very small wardrobe chair are broken. AC is not properly working. Finally about food ordered biryani, but the nonv-veg was not cooked completely.

Amenities mentioned were not provided like kettle, iron/iron board. Rooms were small. I think they should provide small fridge too but due to lack of space they couldn’t. Space for keeping bags is not sufficient. WiFi is worst connected with light switches. It doesn’t work properly. Main thing entry is after crossing slope.

The standard room size is so small that it is not possible to accomodate even extra mattress for kids. So, have to shift to Deluxe room by paying extra. Hotel is newly built so looks fancy and restaurant provided complimentary breakfast which was reasonable. Had a good time. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are decent. Had a good time at this place. Food is little expensive.

very small rooms... not practical at all... and most surprising was they are blaming customers for room damages which were done before my arrival... Most ridiculous behaviour seen by this hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The rooms were incredibly small, and the bed was far from comfortable, making it hard to relax after a long day. The space felt poorly planned, as if no thought was given to how guests would actually use it. Additionally, the flush in the bathroom wasn’t working, and after complaining, it was fixed during my stay. The food, however, was good, but there was no table or proper place to eat in the room. For the price, I expected at least some basic practical amenities.
