The ambience of the property is good, however the service rendered is very poor. The rooms were not clean and basic amenities had to be requested quite often. The value for money is very poor.

I recently stayed at AJ Heritage, and while the location is good and the caretakers are very friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel lacks basic amenities, there was no proper lighting, and the water geyser was broken. The toilets were not clean or hygienic, which was a major drawback. For breakfast, they only provided idly and bread with jam, which was very limited. The food quality was not great, and considering the high price, the stay did not feel worth it. If they improve cleanliness, amenities, and food options, it could be a much better place. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it for the price they charge.
