Courteous staff, ideal for a family vacation, peace and quiet.

Best location to stay if someone want to take real feel of Goa. Hotel Staff very nice and above all you can’t find such villa experience nearby.

3 of us in a villa, quiet surroundings, very peaceful, huge living room and spacious bedroom.
Room service and housekeeping was excellent.

Amazing villas, though pools are very small . Secondly lots of power fluctuation issues . While we thoroughly enjoyed staying here, breakfast menu is also simple yet tasty spread . Kind of homely visit . Must visit if you visit with family, friends on a leisure trip. Location is USP

Worst Experience Ever, the villa which was given to us I. E. B/24 was filthy, smelly, bed/mattress was stinking and spring were coming out of bed, on the second day bed broke in two peaces. Was promised buffet breakfast but was not provided and had to take select breakfast. Breakfast finish at 10:30 am sharp, so when you are on table and eating breakfast and it clocks 10:30 am they will tell you now you have pay for any further order. I can go on and on about this I paid a 42000 INR of this shit. OH no ... Do not waste your money in this shit hole place

The hotel is essentially a bunch of villas converted into a resort. Awesome villas, big rooms and a very peaceful location! Would certainly love to come back to this hotel next time I am in Goa!

The lovely villas and the way they have been maintained is perfect and the staff especially Sunil, Ashish and sunita thank you for your courteous service. If anyone happens to be in Goa and is staying here do try the chicken banjara and the tandoori pomfret.

Hotel was in a good location, but little off from market area. But We enjoyed a lot, hotel staff services was superb like "Atithi devo vhaba". Tasty food with reasonable price. Want to visit again with my family.

This is a lovely property around 10 minutes walk from the beach. The services and cleanliness was great as was the staff behaviour. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options. Will definitely recommend!

We drove from Bangalore and as we entered the place we felt we were in Coorg, nice villas with lots of old trees and plants. Villas are well equipped with fully functional kitchen, you can cook anything, it even has dishwasher. Kids loved the open place... Unlike typical hotel room they were happy to play within the area. Swimming pools are awesome. Great place for Family or a group. It gives you the privacy you are looking for. Amazing staff and great food. Would come back for sure.

Location of the resort is good, restaurant including breakfast was good and food was hygienic. Not much activities inside resort other than swimming. On cleanliness bathrooms can be maintained slightly better.

Everything about the hotel was good except that the initial villa we were given was (1) not maintained well .. Curtains and upholstery were torn in areas .. (2) villa given wasn't what is shown on MMT or the hotels website and was appealing .. (3) it had a service center right behind the villa which was unacceptable ... However the staff were proactive and shifted in to a better villa.

Very nice hotel and all staff like front desk, house keeping, room service they all are very nice and helpful and food was also mind blowing. Will come again. I specially thanks fornt desk boy mr. Omkar and lady

The hotel did not even fulfill the most basic services that it is charging you for - bed and bathroom were horrible. The mattress was smaller than the bed and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty, Bath tub was broken and every time you took a shower, the entire bathroom got wet. The buffet in the breakfast is missing. You have order everything- which means by the time you get the toast- the eggs are cold.

Its a pretty good property at Candolim.. An area in Goa with some amazing food joints... Close proximity to happening North Goa but yet not very crowded... Hospitality was excellent... Not many amenities except the swimming pool... Rooms were super spacious... Though no TV in living room which was a surprise... But a good property...

A homely feeling :) No restrictions for playing loud music ( before sleep time ). The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff members are very co-operative for all guest requests. A calm and a very pleasant place to stay amidst the heart of North Goa ( Candolim ).

Villa is very good has good amenities to leave with family friends. Here staff were very helpful in guidance to suggest places. We are trying to visit the same villa in future. Very good place to live with family. Here food menu is very good as compare to pricing and taste provided continental and veg food.
