I booked 3 room for my family 2 and 1 from other and you can't believe when I called him 1 day before my stay he told that my booking is cancelled.. I can't stay there.. I called several times than he give me only 2 rooms .. when we reached in hotel at 9 pm he told that my rooms is not ready... he took 1 hr wait then we entered in the rooms.. bathrooms has water choke.. very very dirty.. hotel is very inside location.. every thing towels, bedsheets, bathrooms floor dirty.. no one present there to help you.. totally money waste.. I never write review s but this time it is essential because my family was I. trouble during stay.. I

Property having good deals and great appointment but description of tv and other facilities are reqd at booking should be available.

Hotel i s not good there only one staff they not listen any person some ac not work manager in not experience how to handle hotel

The poor hotel has no facilities and evenly water and the tea facility is not available The hotel is very outer from city staff nature is also not coprative

As soon as we checked in the Hotel, there was power cut and when reported manager says they don’t have back up for power. After two days of journey we have to take shower in the dark and leave for trekking

Third class services, AC and geyser automatically shutdown frequently. extra bedding included in package but not given by manager. Bathrooms are not cleaned. Switch boards not working for charging. No towel, handwash provided. Terrible Tea and Coffee.

Hotel accha hai. Safsafi bhi thik hai. Kam bajat main sabhi suvidha hai. Staff ka vyavhar bhi help full hai.

Stay was decent. Didn't face any problem during my stay. Staff behaviour was good and they provided necessary help during my stay.

Amazing experience and hotel services are also good & rooms are also very clean. All the hotel services needs provided by the hotel staff. Hotel staffs are also soft spoken and they listen & fulfilled all the requirements provided by us. Hotel location is around 250m from the station which is very convenient for any tourist who visit katra. Hotel hygiene is also top notch and food taste is like cherry on the cake.

Hotel katra station ke karib hai. malik ka byavwahar bahut hi achha tha. Hotel Me wify ki subidha hai lekin mere फ्लोर मे kharab tha jo last tak thik nahi hua. khana bahar se khana hi achha hai. maine chaumin mangaya to maigi la diya aur dukandar par aarop laga kar paisa bachha liya. sath hi baki baki paisa dena nahi chahta hai

No hygiene to follow, if we ask something like warm water to drink they will make excuse we don't have electric kettle n all.

There was no water supply in morning and no service for drinking water as well hot water. My experience not to visit this hotel.

Check-in was refused by hotel and offered us to stay in different hotel which we never booked or payed for. Other property offered was in bad condition and no air conditioning in rooms. All basic amenities were missing in rooms. Discount is not i am looking for. Service provided was so bad that it ruined our trip.

Location is walking distance from railway station. Staff need to be more profession. The hotel has western and indie toilets therefore while biking the preference should be recorded.
