The location of the Hotel is good but overall ambience of the Hotel is not so good. Good to stay for overnight. Not much facilities given.

Room was fine but stinky. Location about 1 KM from Baga beach. And just forget about facility even no intercom and no Mobile signals inside the room

Clean neat but congested so just the beach can so close like Baga and anjuna best for students not for corporate near to titos best hotel to see all the night life of Goa. Worst in the service I can rate 3 out 5.

Staff was rude and was clueless about the online booking and rooms and washroom were dirty and stinking badly . No proper maintenance

Transparent Glass door and window amd curtains were short enough to give inside visibility. Location is near Baga. Its is suitable for bachelors who is looking for cheap hotel near prime location but for privacy seeker.

I stayed there single and on 31st night at around 2:30am some guests picked up a fight. They were shouting, abusing and fighting. For a long time I was scared and felt like someone's going to bang on my door. There's never anyone on the reception. The TV did not work, their WiFi work. A complete waste of money! When I complained to the receptionist he says, "it's 31st night, people get drunk and these things are bound to happen". PS: I even given a bottle of water, towel, toothpaste or brush. Therefore, NO BASIC AMENITIES. Ladies, if you're travelling alone DO NOT STAY HERE.

Experience was good. Hotel services was good. Staff is friendly. They will arrange bike on rent for us. They will give good info about nearest hotels for lunch and dinner

Nice place with super night life, can spend whole night in a street but it's preferably for couple since entry for stag is restricted in few places live club Cuban and many standard night clubs, can drink in beach.

Total third class hotels rooms.. Only good thing hotel staff is very good and supportive.. Rooms are not clean and basics things are not available... Too much mosquitos and toilet doors are not closing also..

Good Hotel. Location is very good. Some road work was going on hence a bit of hassle. But the stay was good. It was clean, good & quite place. This is a budgeted hotel with minimum facilities. There were few mosquitos in the room also. Overall the stay was OK.

Well I have booked this hotel in a bit hurry so I have not checked any review regarding the hotel, although the hotel is situated in near to Baga beach about 400mtrs, but it is on main road so there is no parking space for car, I have booked standard AC room but it was not up to mark the AC was not working properly, the room was small with a bed not suitable to be called as double bed, I was travelling with two kids and bed size was not sufficient to accommodate all of us. The staff at reception does not remain there all the time, during my checkout I have to wait at reception for around 15 mins just to hand over key to him. Book this hotel only if you are not getting any other option.

The hotel is good if you are on a tight budget. Somehow we did not have a really good vibe with the room as there was a stinky dog sleeping outside our room luckily we had a cottage room booked too which was still better but there were no facilities of

Worst place to stay. Nothing is good apart from location. They are aware of issues in rooms but they will not tell you while doing checking-in. I feel they give preference to people who have booked directly with them

The bathroom door is almost transparent. The room could have been cleaner. It is close to titos lane so you will have to bear the constant loud music. If you prefer peace at Goa, then choose calm beaches.

Room was good location is very near to beaches night pubs facilities are OK for group travellers budget fit stay. All the facilities are very near restaurant bike rent are near to room overall I give 4 stars
