Jacuzzi was average stay is not very heigenic

The staff is very good and helpful. Had a good experience. Rooms were clean and so were the washrooms.

The hotel is at a very good location, all major clubs, cafes within walking distance in ozran/vagator. Their staff Akash and Pankaj were really helpful. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but zomato/blinkit are always available. Jacuzzi was working for all three days of my stay.

Unhygienic and pathetic room condition with too many insect and bed bugs all around the room...

Rooms needs renovation .. no food service and hygiene was poor

The location was good. The service was nice but the rooms were dirty , rats roaming around the house, small room

The stay was good, spacious and comfortable, though we had trouble getting our rooms cleaned on a regular basis cause of timings. The location is great as it's very close to the beach and many sundowners. The staff was also very helpful and was available all the time.

Good place to stay all major night life places are in walkable distance

Beautiful rooms, 5 min descent to beach. All the top vagator clubs in walking distance- Noah’s, Titlie’s, Clara, Morni, Romeo Lane. Hearty breakfast served in rooms- alu paratha, bread omlette, tea. Good staff behaviour. Most important- jacuzzi in all cottages. They will also provide a foaming soap for a bath. All in all, great stay will recommend!

Booked this room for easy access to beach and Jacuzzi but the Jacuzzi was not working, service is slow, wifi is only for name sake doesn’t work, service is very slow and amateur, Now the best thing - Beach is 100m away big sundowner cafes are nearby walking distance thats it

Cons-Damp room, AC not functional, no in-house restaurant had to Swiggy, fridge had leftover drinks from previous occupant, not a beachfront property. Pros- Not applicable. Not recommended for the price charged.

I’ve stayed here on my last day of my trip and the rooms were good and the service has average coz I got the complimentary breakfast included in my package and I called them for the food at 7am they didn’t bring me any food and my check out time came and before they charge me for extra I had to vacate without the breakfast...why include it in the package then...?

The property was old and not good to stay. There is nothing great as per price. Breakfast was also not good. The price of the property do not match the standards. Rooms were very smelly. Not worth for the money.

Worst experience, wrist rooms, all rooms are smelling badluy wash rooms are totally disappointing

This property is not good as they shown because once we entered in to the room ac was not in working condition then. Bathroom basin counter was broken down. Bathroom tiles was broken which i have already shared by email. Water was getting finished in every half n hr, jacuzi was smelling

Very friendly and decent staff at casa comforts. Everything is very close by from here be it the beach, cafes, bars or live djs. Very private and silent which is what i wanted. The jacuzzi was the best part under the open garden. 3

Pathetic experience, not what it was shown in hotel picture its very old and maintained, very dirty everywhere very disappointed

Worst experience, since i raised a dispute regarding an unusual thing in the room. The scenario was very disturbing

i found this place in make mytrip beautiful property pleasant ambience room are clean staffs is good they don't serve food only break fast no sea view only it is close by beach n party lane
