No daily housekeeping. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Food was good.

Sorry to hear about the housekeeping issue. It was known to us, but it was difficult to manage due to unplanned leave of two of our staffs. Due to peak season, it was challenging to get staff temporarily. We somehow managed to get out of that situation quickly. Hoping to host you back.
