Complete Fraud – Please Don’t Go by the Pictures! I visited this property just 2 days ago, and it was a terrible experience. The place is not a proper hotel — it’s more like a shady set-up for couples only, located in an interior area with a very bad crowd around. There is no proper reception, and the images shown on the website are heavily filtered — the reality is completely different. The property is a complete fraud. Once they take your money, they refuse to return it if you are not satisfied. When I arrived, I couldn’t even stay for 5 minutes because of how unsafe and dirty the place was. The rooms aren’t even worth . When I asked for a refund, the property staff told me to contact in turn, blamed the property manager — clearly both are running this scam together. Please don’t trust the pictures. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property.

Not at all clean and maintained, they promised breakfast but there was no breakfast option in hotel

Worst place to stay - no cleanliness & smelly place - terrible experience beds are smelly & even wifi is not working

at midnight we reached there and we searched for the hotel for 15 mins. finally we found by taking a walk and jumbed on the barriguard . There is no road to reach because the roads under renovation. We have not find a place to park our car. When we asked the security he told us to park on the high way. We refused and came out at the night. we have not stayed there. More over it is not advisable for family stay.

this is not a hotel this is a scrap place the pictures they show and when u go n visit u won't even step in the room believe me they charged for complimentary breakfast as well if we go n see there is no kitchen atleast looted the money one of utmost worst experience u will be having if u stay here highly prohibited to stay here

Worst ever. They didn’t provide me AC room. Initially they said they don’t have room and they gave me this useless room. Very dirty

The room initially given was damp and without any window. On request, it was changed to a slightly better room, but linens were all used and dirty. After several complaints they were changed. The room rate included breakfast, but the hotel said that they don’t serve breakfast. They also said breakfast money will be refunded by the travel agent MMT. Haven’t received any refund as yet.

During my stay, several issues affected the overall experience. The roads leading to the property were under construction, making access somewhat inconvenient. Upon arrival, both the WiFi and TV were non-functional for the first 24 hours, which was disappointing. Despite the booking's inclusion of breakfast, we did not receive it during our stay. Basic amenities eventually became available, but only upon request. The room lacked a proper window view and felt quite confined and poorly ventilated. Additionally, there were some cleanliness concerns. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations due to the combination of service, facility, and comfort shortcomings.

TRAVELLERS WILL GET COMPLIMENTARY COCKROACH IN HIS ROOM, WE BOOKED WITH BREAKFAST AND WHEN WE ASKED THEM FOR BREAKFAST THEM THEY SAID WE WILL PAY 100 FOR BREAKFAST YOU MAY GO OUTSIDE FOR BREAKFAST . HOTEL WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU BREAKFAST.STAFF BEHAVIOUR,

Worst hotel this only 1 star hotel room not clean charging plug point not available washroom bad smell

The hotel didn’t give breakfast as promised at the time of booking. The cleanliness was below average. One of the reception staff was helpfull, other than him the staff was definitely not courteous. Wouldn’t recommend to stay.

Hotel was not checked in, we struggled for 4 hours in discussion with hotel and make my trip customer care.. escalated the issue thru mail also to get reimbursement of money paid against this booking... reason was hotel rooms was very dirty full of leakage and seepages... kindly revert back our money asap...

Booked for a day. Arrived at evening. No food and eating option. Had to order online. Room which was given to me was in ground floor - no natural light. Hotel is situated below bar and restaurant so bit noisy at night.

had not checkin and had to wait. room was given out. luckily somebody checked out so I got the room. no room service. break fast was not given. paid for this also. ac water was leaking in the room. room was not cleaned even once.

We booked Hotel Palette, Chennai based on online photos, but the reality was awful. Leaking pipes, damaged walls, bad smell, and zero maintenance. Dirty bedsheets, no toiletries, no phone to call reception, and unsafe switchboards. The lift wasn’t working. Worst of all, we booked with breakfast included, but they claimed they don’t provide breakfast to anyone!

It was bad experience no room service and room was fishy bad smell and no towels and toiletries were supplied and even kitchen is not there for morning breakfast which was complimentary with my stay
