Worst customer service. Denied checkin when i reached there. Also they asked for an extra 3000 rupees amount over and above the already paid price.

Very rude staff no manners, even no etiquette to guest horning by car they should chuck outside guest need space for car parking. Room gates locks are broken without any handle and very dirty blanket its totally disgusting experience even you should give me total amount refund. Staff is pathetic they waited me almost 45 minutes to give check in kind of chaprii people

Our stay at silverykey m&m residency was terrible . Rooms were very dirty and condoms and cigarette buds everywhere . There were blood stains on bedsheet and quilt . Even after telling him several times to change the linen they did not change . They don’t provide tissue rolls and boiler in the room . Charging point are destroyed . All in all room was very unhygienic. It’s not worth the money you pay . And this hotel is like a brothel . Every 10 mins couple come n go , very disturbing and noisy . It’s a big NO for family to stay there . All nuisance happening in this hotel .

Extremely bad beds with not clean washrooms. Room was smelling bad as well.

Dirty rooms and cockroaches were on the bed on the floor in the cupboard. Dirty hair was in the washroom and they charged me 2000 extra. Total un secure and illiterate staff and receptionist was so rude. They charged me 500 rupees extra for early checkin.

The hotel's security measures were laughable, and I didn't feel secure throughout my stay. The staff's behavior was utterly unprofessional. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to take pleasure in making our stay uncomfortable. To add insult to injury, they charged us an extra amount But what's even more appalling is that they charge for water! Yes, you read that right - they'll bill you for every bottle of water. And to rub salt in the wound, they don't even provide complimentary bottled water. Instead, they have the audacity to suggest filling your own bottle from a tap! Room service was abysmal. The rooms themselves were tiny, cramped, and poorly maintained. Overall, my experience at this hotel was a nightmare. I would strongly advise against staying here. The lack of safety, poor staff behavior, blatant overcharging, and nickel-and-diming for basic amenities make it a hotel to avoid at all costs.
