The place was not same as picture It was horrible . Room was fine but the environment was terrible . I had to think twice before coming out of room because it was residential building where they opened the hotel . And man with unproper/ unhygienic were passing by now and then . And there was garbage outside the rooms and spoiled trolley right beside our door . Had a bad experience .

not good at all! need to be better at maintaining the space

The rooms were not maintained and dirty. The staff is helpful and food was ok. The property is alright but the cleanliness and the maintaining of the rooms and hallways could be better. I mean there’s a huge gaping hole in the wall of the hallway in the 4th floor. No wifi on the day we stayed. Basic amenities like water was not adequate.

I was having a late check-In at around 3:00 - 3:30 AM. on reaching I was said that no rooms are available, immediately said all rooms are packed, then immediately said One room is their and I asked my wife and kid to go there, on reaching the room there was no bed. the person accompanying them then took to a separate room. this room was big but cleanliness was horrible. the AC was making some noise till we checked Out. Morning Bed tea you will get only after 9:00 AM as people don't come. I didn't find any professional staff trained for handling room service. also while I was check-in I was told pest control happened so rooms are not ready. all these resulted in a very bad experience
