Poor service, no water, no soaps, no proper response from reception team even after multiple follow ups

Nice service, all staff is good and cooperative we have rech at night and staff fully cooperate and clear paper work and giving key

Staff absolutely non coperative. No soap, no towels in-spite of 3 reminder. No seating stool in bathroom. After inquiry. We are not providing seating stool. Early morning our schedule had been flop bcoz of irresponsible staff. Useless

Horrible hotel! avoid at all costs. Dirty rooms and bathrooms! smelly and dirty linen. Absolutely pathetic

The room was in worst condition. It was reeking is cigarettes and had even cigarette buds in cupboard. The cleanliness was at its worst. The safety and privacy was compromised as the room door didn’t have latch or prop we lock. I couldn’t even stay for a minute. Horrible experience

Superb stay and safe, it's a good option to stay with your couple and also with your family, i like the room

Room not maintained properly and shower also leakage and in bathroom warms going and maintaining owner attitude was very bad experience.

Good experience but should have properly cleaned the deep cleaned the room and kept the amenities as well

No facilities at all, no tea, no bathroom accesories, nothing like a hotel stay

Nice hotel and affordable. Clean. Parking is less but sufficient for 2-3 cars staff is also good.

I reached hotel around 3.30 pm. When I reached there they were looking for available room… after 15-20 minutes they gave me one room. But again in room towels n toiletries were missing. I asked receptionist for the same but he said all towels are with Laundry man he will come by 5.30pm. how can someone run hotel by giving all the towels to laundry? They should have few in spare. Towels came around 7pm. Next day morning I asked for breakfast n they said we don’t have any kitchen. If you don’t have any kitchen n can’t provide breakfast, then why are you misselling the hotel room with breakfast n all meal options.

The hotel is in a good area, spacious rooms, reception people are good adwell.

Google map, room gave a lot of trouble, first the ac was leaking water, below tv stand broke down.

Nice clean room for a stay. Easy checkin and checkout. Great food options available nearby the hotel.

The property is a little hard to find as it is in some by lanes and the roads didn’t have lights at night. The room was basic, no-frills but functional. There was no breakfast on site but there were several inexpensive outdoor food courts nearby.

Wifi not working. Washroom was so dirty even there were hairs too. Even on special request early breakfast was not availed. Under the bed all dust was there it was dirty.

Not so good-very terrible, no proper services, tv not in working in conditions, toilet flasher not working, bathroom blocks

It was a calm place and is kept clean and tidy. Staff was co operative. The place has quick access to high street, mall, and highway on other Side. Thanks

It has nice location but it's far away from actually Pune City, if you were planning for Pune visit then please don't chose this Hotel
