Grand Mercure Goa Candolim - An Accor Hotels Brand

The stay overall was good but I feel the need to highlight a few things. Pros: The food was really tasty and the chef was really nice. He went around asking people about the food. The Grand Mercure Goa Candolim - An Accor Hotels Brand reception extended our checkout time from 12 PM to 2PM which was nice of them. We tried the massage in the Grand Mercure Goa Candolim - An Accor Hotels Brand spa which we highly recommend. The view for the rooms in the block opposite the pool was good. The staff was friendly. Cons: It is not a five star Grand Mercure Goa Candolim - An Accor Hotels Brand. We would say it is more of a four star. The walls had water seepage in many rooms. The door sign tag would keep falling down from the door handle. The house keeping was not up to the mark. They forgot to give us towels and replenish the tea packets in the room after cleaning the room. The bed sheet, pillow covers, towels and room curtains had stains on them. The house keeping service was quite slow.

The Grand Mercure Goa Candolim - An Accor Hotels Brand stay was very nice. We had booked three rooms & when we requested for an upgrade for one room at least, it was done, which was a nice gesture.The food was the highlight as the buffet had a good choice and it was tasty too. The room cleanliness could be improved upon as it is shown to be a 5 star but it didn’t seem like one considering that no attention was given to minute details in the room. The staff was helpful and did help in making our stay a comfortable one.

Property is good , food breakfast and dinner were nice. One suggestion for the Grand Mercure Goa Candolim - An Accor Hotels Brand: please ask and deliver early in the morning detox water to customers. Bcz at the time of breakfast koi logic banta hi nahi detox water

its a good Grand Mercure Goa Candolim - An Accor Hotels Brand with nice location, service is really nice and all staff are friendly, needs a little improvement in breakfast, the spread is big but needs a little quality improvement

Huge room and clean rooms. Good spread of breakfast and dinner. Staff at reception desk are very friendly and polite. They allow 2 hours of extended check out if needed which is complimentary. Definitely worth the money.

It is a decent property with nice views, and the rooms are spacious and staff also very cooperative.
