Review Of Di Pantai Boutique Beach Resort

Unsatisfactory rooms. Leakage and damaged bathroom fixtures, broken cupboards. Access to the beach is far. The hotel is now how it looks like in the pictures. Less than mediocre stay.

Property location is easy accessible, service was below average. Few people are friendly and few are not. Heater was not working for the full stay for us.

No bell boy have to carry our own luggage’s to our room, bad food, outdated infra and no service from hotel.

They gave twin bed they should give one bed to couple. No one there to carry luggage otherwise good experience

di pantai boutique resort is scamming tourists- not at all worth the money we spent because of the following reasons. a) don't get carried away by the photos rooms were ok, toilets were very small . b) property is not maintained at all. room service phone was not working, wifi was terrible . c) the service was equally bad . i asked for a dental kit , to which they said no . today all small hotel provide complementary dental kits. the second annoying part was the breakfast. the restaurant is located 50 m on the other side of highway which is a serious safety concern. you need to cross the road amidst high speed vehicles. now the breakfast - if you are an indian national you won't have any option. plus the food was cold and not tasty. d) the hotel also kept 1000 baht security deposit for the room key , i don't know he logic behind that. . i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Door lock was broken, no veg food provided even informed earlier. I have checked out vert next day

In room there was foul smell and lizards were also crawled in the room. There are many other option available in phuket at lower prices

Same breakfast for 3 days no room service by them even we have to carry our luggage to the room. Pictures of property are too much than actual property. Location wise it is good just near to patong overall average stay at di pantai hope they will better their services

Hotel location is not good. Hotel staff is not cooperative & don’t understand english. Hotel breakfast is very bad for vegetarians. All time smells in room

There was a cockroach in the room later it was informed to to the reception.I didn’t like the hotel much

Cockroach were there in room, when you go in lobby you see cleaning every time and bed sheets lying everywhere, they have to manage things better

The hotel is not that beautiful or comes into the star category, however the employees are very decent, helpful, and customer oriented. Tourists should visit this hotel for the employees and the tariff is pocket friendly.

Resort was on best location at Phuket. Then I feel very graceful.
Most beautiful resort and excellent service provided us.
