Nice hotel with good hospitality...house keeping is excellent they provide you every thing mentioned and keep your room clean

There’s no beach, pictures are taken to some great resort and its no real. One of the staff was very rude, breakfast is not good

Hi, the photographs of this property are very misleading. While the hotel is clean, it does not have the beach view or sit out area. It is a very small hotel where the buffet breakfast is laid out right at the reception. Uncooperative staff who gave ridiculous rates for the phi phi / krabi trips - even more that the packages we got outside or even from the airport ( the one we took ultimately. The hotel is bearable. Not at all luxurious or inst a friendly. We stayed one night and moved to another property - mangrove by blu monkey which was fabulous

Close to beach, nice area, excellent aminities, good food, pleasant stay and friendly staff, well maintained

We stayed at bandra phuket beach resort for one day based on mmt recommendations for a beach resort. We were provided with basement room with no view. There is no option for indian vegetarian food near hotel. Overall view from hotel swimming pool is gorgeous. Breakfast has full bakery options. They also arranged special breakfast options for vegetarians

I stayed @bandara for the last 3 nights of my trip. I am blown away by the service received. The staff/receptionist (bi) were a delight. The day i checked in i called them and informed they that i will be reaching late and will need help booking island tours. They were very helpful, booking me the island tours at a 10% discount even when i reached the hotel after 8. 00pm. They also gave a complimentary room upgrade. The property is also amazing, with a rooftop infinity pool and bar & another bar + restaurant by the beach with amazing views. I informed them the evening before check out that i will be leaving by 5. 00am. They suggested i book a cab in advance because it’s difficult to get a grab/bolt cab that early. They booked me the cab and gave me a 25% discount on the hotels rate. The breakfast usually starts @7. 00am. They went over and beyond and packed me breakfast to takeaway. They made my trip even more special by delivering amazing service.

The location is slightly far from the main touristy area of Phuket and going n coming to other parts will cost you a lot So choose this place if u would like to stay put and relax The room though slightly small is well designed and has a classy feel to it and well maintained Pool and view from pool area is superb As vegetarians options for food were limited All in all good experience

Hotel location was awesome and swimming pool was superb.

I stayed here on the last day of my trip which was a long 8 day trip. I checked in around noon and was welcomed with a drink. Pool has an amazing sea facing view. In the evening I went for Thai massage which was out of the world!
