It was a very comfortable and luxurious stay. The resort has all the amenities and comfort and spectacular sea and mountain landscape view. One would look. The staff and their service was extremely efficient and polite. The elaborate breakfast served also needs a mention. Highly recommended for vacationers. A view from the reception hall f the resort.

We had an amazing stay at Amatara Phuket!!!! Every thing was just perfect!!! Special thanks to Mr M , he suggested a very good tour of phi phi Island . We enjoyed our trip to Phi Phi Island. Thank you very much team Amatara!!! We will definitely visit you all again ! Isha Allah.

The view of the sea view rooms is just amazing…property is far from the main city but it is easy to find cabs…they need to improve vegetarian menu as there are very limited options and also the housekeeping services need to be improved…the staff is friendly and overall it is worth staying at Amatara…

It’s a beautiful property. The staff is super polite and very helpful. Yoga sessions are lovely as it’s done by the beach. One should definitely not miss the spa. It’s far most the best spa i had. The staff is very punctual and service is excellent. I would love to stay again in this property

The property is nothing short of a dream - large windows, sea facing villas, luxury bath tub, all equipped with modern facilities. The overall property was also very walkable and scenic. Service definitely requires improvement - esp. At the one of the in-hotel restaurant - where staff was busy chatting while our food was ready and getting cold; once food was served, they brought plates only after 2 reminders.

Can this b reschedule. Stay was good, relaxed property, good staff, good food beach was not good.

The summary is it's a lovely place with great service. This was our first trip to a hotel with our 7-month-old baby, so we spent a lot of time in the room as the sun was too hot during the day and the baby sleeps by 7:30 pm. Kudos to the hotel for giving us a crib in the room and a car seat in the van which came to pick us up. Here is what did not work for us. 1. The room service menu is limited since we did most of our meals in the room we ran out of options soon. There are restaurants but we could not. We would have loved a baby sitter service. 2. The hotel is not pram friendly, everything had a flight of stairs. That's exhausting when you have to strap a baby in and out 3. We got a room on the second floor which restricted the view of the sea due to the big rubber trees, it was a bummer as we could not spend too much time on the beach as it is rocky and also raining in the evening 3. Too many mosquitoes. I understand there is nothing the hotel can do but that limited our time outdoors with a small baby and hence the view and the room service menu being limited with a bit sad. But the overall great place and we definitely recommend it.

From the time of airport pick up till the drop off back to the airport, everything from Amatara was totally pampering and too good to be true! The room was just out of a movie with the pool overlooking the ocean! The amenities provided and the special care taken were really awesome! Breakfast had loads of variety and was sumptuous! The best part was the special birthday cake with the personalized hand written notes from so many of the staff at Amatara, truly exceptional! It was really an experience of a lifetime! Our special thanks to each and every staff member of Amatara!

This Resort in Phuket is ideal for couples to relax who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff at the resort are forever smiling and courteous. The breakfast buffet has limited vegetarian spread and the resort is far away from the Patong area which is the hub of tourist activities in Phuket.

Location excellent with good view of sunrise. Food was delicious. Service was good too

Had an amazing time with family. Food was great and so was the swimming pool.
Everything was awesome. Only thing that lights were very dim.
