The place is very clean and the rooms are quite spacious. All the amenities were exactly as promised, and the pool is easily accessible and well maintained. It’s just a little far from Ao Nang, but apart from that everything was great. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel is run with thin staff. Whenever you ask for anything they ask you to come to reception. They should learn to how to run hotel from other ones. Worst experience.

The hotel stay was good. Had a pleasant time. The room was spacious and staff was helpful. Although the hotel is far from Ao nang beach, the reception made sure we have shuttle service free for both pick and drop. One has to check the timings. If you enjoy peaceful serene environment the hotel is for you. Nice swimming pool.

A beautiful property located in the heart of Bangkok. It was an extremely comfortable stay with some amazing breakfast options. The swimming pool and indoor jacuzzi are well maintained.

It was good. Only thing they asked for security deposit in cash, which will be useless for the people it that is their last day in Thailand.

As such hotel was good and every thing is clean and well maintained but it is lilo expensive as they provide only breakfast no dinner no lunch rest is fine

BiG Room Big Pool Big Bed Low Servise.Everything was good except room Service. There was no elevator and no person available to take your luggages to reception.

Overall a good place to stay. Nice ambience. Good service. Good food and above all the location was very near to ao nang beach

Location is far from the main area the staff isn't very cooperative the wifi is very bad - need to connect every-tine

Stay was good, staff behaviour is good, one thing, you can't cook maggi (instant noodles) in your electric kettle as there will be fine of 500 bahts.

The property location is quite far from the beach but the living experience is the best because the swimming is directly connected with room and indian food is ok to eat rest food i can't comment because i do not have them.

Excellent reception staff, nice room. Easy airport transfers, free shuttles to popular places, big swimming pool with room access. Has everything couple/family needs. Loved it. Without a doubt go for it.

Superb experience, pleasant relaxing stay, must book for at least 3-4 days to enjoy swimming pool and food served, they had tasty indian vegetarian food options in breakfast, they had spacious rooms, good interiors, value for money stay

This was listed as a 4-star property but it was 3 if i am not mistaken. The rooms are decent, there is definitely the issue of food post 6. 30 local time as their own in-house eatery closes which poses a big question for travelers on what to order once they are back from their activities because the closest food joints are a few kms from the hotel. The complimentary water is so small that you can hardly quench your thirst in one go with both of em. I expect more out of a hotel atleast.

As i have some personal issues with airline regarding flight tckt sonia was little loudly speak for that reason hotel employees share my number to other room guest and also he having my recordng of the voice and snot me this was the guest no so please recheck with this no to remove my voice. And also connect to the hotel so as not to do this type of illegal things
