excellent service & good atmosphere, peaceful , view is very good from the balcony, kind staff .

Facade and location - good, room was good, in room service from restaurant side was slightly delayed. Money - Poor (additional 45 MYR was charged during check in as tourism tax. While the voucher said only 25 MYR will be charged by the property. Another 100 MYR was taken as deposit which was refunded back at the check out.) Breakfast - Okay, would have been better if Indian cuisine would also have been added

Room was decent. Balcony and washrooms need maintenance. Breakfast was not up to the mark. No nearby restaurants or nice outlets. Overall average experience.

The room was spacious and neat & Clean. bathroom is also clean. The housekeeping staffs clean the room everyday and they change towels/sheets everyday making the room hygienic. Only one issue I faced was during the breakfast if you reach by 8 am then all good otherwise if you're late like 8.30-9 am there's no staff in the live counter for making omletts or boiled eggs. Also we found food totally cold. Another day we reached at 7.30 am we found the breakfast to be prefect. The swimming pool is also very nice, the water is clean. They have a kid pool too which is amazing. Overall We had a pleasant stay.

It's taking 20 to 25 minutes by road to chenang beach, property was not bad but ok, bathroom and door condition was not good. In breakfast it's not as per my wish list, serving beef and pork in breakfast as limited food items for indian.

Location/service was good .Got early check in not requested even.

The hotel is located in kuah. It has a balcony and rooms are quite big. Staffs are courteous. There is an indian restaurant named appathaas which serves south indian food. There is a duty free plaza and lot of restaurants near by. They do charge a refundable 100 ringgit at the time of check in.

The hotel rooms are not equipped with the basic amenities and the rooms air conditioner was not even working. I was sweating during my stay there and despite complaints they did not resolve the issue. The food at the restaurant was bad and they do not provide room service after 10. 30 p. M. The shower had no hot water but only lukewark water and it would get cold very soon. The hotel staff is very good and polite and humble. They did not understand much of english so it was difficult to really communicate with them and get any work done. But the people working at the hotel were nice and only cos of them i m giving average rating instead of a poor one

Did not check in as no rooms were available. Had to book other hotel as on call some one said no rooms available.

The Hotel is built nicely and staff is sweet although a bit slow to understand things. Rooms are fabulous and amenities good as well. The breakfast is amazing with a huge variety of things.

Stayed for 5 days and it is really good hotel for couples.

Location is good, its located in Kuah Town. Near to eagle square and duty-free marts.

Hotel located great location and worth for money. Staff were very good and responsible.
