Awesome hotel. Location waits every close to all the city attractions. Got good Indian vegetarian food nearby. Staff and manager were very helpful and customer friendly. I would like to book this hotel again if I come to kuala lumpur again

This rating is not for Hotel. This rating is for Makemytrip who spoil my trip. I advise that don't book international hotels through makemytrip as in Malaysia Hotels don't know makemytrip and not confirming booking. Worst experience I got confirmation from makemytrip but when we reached at hotel told who is makemytrip we don't know. I tried to reach makemytrip but didn't get any quick support from makemytrip and spoil my whole malaysia trip. Makemytrip if you are genuine then put my feedback online.

One of the worst hotel I have seen. Worst service. Water clogging in bathroom. No one care to respond. Worst reception service. Overrall poor rated. I recommend don’t go even if they offering free. No response.

Stayed there for about 10 days. One of my worst hotel stays ever. The staff could not understand or speak much of English, there was no window in the room and this wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. They don't have an in-house restaurant, no room service and can't even give a bowl and spoon. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Very centrally located, easily accessible by the gokl bus and Masjid Jamek MRT, Indian restaurants nearby.

Excellent location. Nice room, clean hotel. But reception took more time to locate my booking through MMT. Phone of my room was not working, even complaint, it was not arranged. Buffet Breakfast include nominal choices.

Very good location. Very clean. Staff is very friendly. 24 hour receptionist. Overall the hotel is too good. Market is so close. Restaurant food is very good. Building is also nice. Very reasonable price. Must try the hotel.

If I vist again in kuala lampur surely I stay again in this hotel only nice place for shopping of goods and also good for travelling and the petronas tower is amazing and very beautiful heart of kuala lampur. People are very good I like the culture. Very despline country roads & infrastructure are very good. People of country is very friendly and helpful atmosphere & weather is nice.

Location is very close to the market. Perfect hotel to stay at as various tourist sites are at walking distance. Staff are very friendly. Value for money. Always helpful. The hotel provides you a map of Kuala Lumpur which is really helpful. They advise you on different things to do, places to see.

Room was small, but hotel in good location. Very hygienic and clean. Friendly and courteous staff, train station is also nearby. Only walking 5 mins distance. Masjid jamek is nearest landmark, for vegetarians, Srvana South Indian joint is very nearby and for non veg people, too many options available nearby, Mc donalds, KFC nearby too.

Hotel was average one. Rooms were very small and even window was not there to get a city glimpse. Also planning was very poor. Check out time was 12 noon and pick up time was at 6 PM to airport. We had nothing to do as weather was not good. Check out time was also not extended.

Room Type : Superior. I really feel sad to write this feedback that the Hotel and the reviews found on Internet is totally totally contrary to what is actually found there. I would have expected a well sized room spacious enough for a couple (other than just a double cot). Unfortunately there is very little space other than the double cot where the room ends immediately after it starts. Basic Architectural Sense : Ventilation is missing This is the most disappointing aspect of this super hyped hotel in the heart of the city. Absolutely no ventillation, no windows except for 1 AC. Aaahhhh !!! Suffocating experience.

Good location for my business purposes and value for money. As a vegetarian there are 2 vegetarian restaurants nearby and walking distance for local train or metro. Good staff. Internet connection was also good. I had got at good discounted rate from MakeMyTrip.
