The stay at Doubletree was Awesome. Bigger rooms and wonderful facility. Got a good deal with MMT. Everyone there were super friendly. Very close to all attractions at KLCC. They had a great pool and the food at the hotel was mouthwatering. Will surely stay again there. Had that Hilton standards.

Yeah, it's a good place to stay. I enjoy the amenities and facilities here and it's very much easily accessible to all the sightseeing locations and from here it's a Centre point so it is easy to go room the places and whatever food you want. It is available here, different, different restaurants, different, different shopping. Everything is available here. It's a nice place to stay and enjoy

The property location is excellent in the city centre. The rooms are good but I am not sure whether one can rate it 5star. The room service particularly was taking a lot of time. Instances were there when it came more than an hour later. The food in the restaurant Makan kitchen was good. But one would appreciate if there would be some more Indian food in the buffet spread. We were there for six nights. In all the hotel was very good and would recommend to people.

Although it is a double tree, It has the hilton standards. Extremely helpful staff. Smooth checkin. They added a few extra bottles of water since we were a family of 3. Rooms were clean. The only issue is that somehow, this hotel does not qualify for free pickups by tour and travel operators and can be a pain if you are booking shared transfers to touristy places.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We had requested a non-garlic Indian breakfast, and they went above and beyond by preparing a variety of delicious dishes that perfectly suited our needs. The chef was highly knowledgeable and understood our dietary preferences with ease. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was seamless and truly delightful.

Excellent property and nice people at the front desk. You can get view of the PETRONAS towers from the rooms. I gave a feedback about the taste and lack of variety of Indian food and it was well received, hope the food options improve next time

Hotel stay is good but for vegetarian food not available most of the food is non vegetarian and breakfast most of the food is non vegetarian so my advice to vegetarian not book breakfast

We had an excellent time during our stay. We used the swimming pool facilities along with food in dome, tosca and ordered room service as well. The room itself was very comfortable with my 3 year old son enjoying the tub. The location was convenient as it’s close to the main attractions in KL

We werw initially apprehensive to vook yhis property but let me tell u from the moment wr stepped in till our check puy it was great. Rooms are spacious and neat. Breakfast is a huge spread. I am a vegeterian but didnt get disappointed at all for breakfast. We arrived very early in the morning but the staff not only speared ua a room but made it complimentary. Location is v good qalking distance ftom twin towers. Very premium feel and the mall itself has jaya grocers watssons guardian. It also has many eateries.

We stayed at Double Tree by Hilton. For 2 nights…. It is located in the Intermark Mall which in itself is high end mall with world wide brands under one roof…. Rooms are good , cozy ,staff is courteous…. Bathrooms are spacious and equipped with jet sprays ( one thing we were eagerly waiting for for)… our room was dimly lit however in others lights were ok… this hotel is t walking distance from petronas twin tower (10 min walk)… restaurant was huge offering Indian ,Malay and Chinese food… view from restaurant at night is ethereal specially from table no 4.. I especially remember one of the staff memeber Sam. Who put in extra efforts to have the best time out there. Kitchen also has social game area for kids…. But one thing I would like to add is quite less options in indian food section which they can work upon merest everything was 👍🏻

this is super amazing property, and everything was just soooo good. breakfast to lunch and room, sauna and steam were amazing.

Location near twin towers, Breakfast was excellent very wide range of different items with excellent serving staff but for dinner they are giving only 60 ringet, which is not even sufficient for snacks. Amenities are not at all like 5 star but room service is excellent, particularly on my floor Santosh is doing room cleaning job excellent, on the whole it’s good hotel. Reception staff is excellent, Iqbal, Hariz and Hanif and the manager at Reception.
