Review Of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel

This is truly a hidden and underrated gem of a place. From the entry of the property to the extravagant backyard, truly mesmerising. We went as a family of 4 and had a wonderful time enjoying the ambience, the hospitality of the staff, the wonderful rooms and the pool.

Very well equipped hotel with lots of fun n activities for children... but unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy those. Food is little expensive...location is good, I would suggest hotel authority to reduce price for water sport/activities for kids

My, stay at discovery Karthika was excellent. I visited in the third week of September. The hotel is very close to the Kuta Beach. the food was awesome. The reception and housekeeping staff were very prompt. The breakfast spread had multiple options, including Indian food. There are multiple things to do within the hotel complex itself overall I had an excellent day thank you very much.

Prime location , good breakfast , good spa, friendly staff ,from tennis , GYM to play area ...you ask it they have it 👍🏼 Overall great deal

I would not rate it bad but there are things which they need to look after. If the booking was for King Bed, please make sure it is that and not 2 joint beds. Secondly, none of the Indians eat Maida Parotha and curry in breakfast, hence it would be better if there are better vegetarians breakfast options made available. Most importantly, please ask for deposit at booking so that we dont need to pay bills at every place, we came there for relaxation and don’t carry wallets, purse, in SPA, Pools, Restaurants etc. Coming to good parts- Perfect location, Friendly people at SPA and room service, amazing pool, and good entertainment organised by hotel in the evenings and mornings

It is a very nice hotel. There is a good place nearby. The water dom is nearby , the beach is nearby and the market is also nearby. The only thing that needs improvement is limited option for vegetarian

Excellent Ambiance, food was delicious with lot of options and many restaurants inside the hotel premises, it is a big and spacious hotel in Bali. I loved the stay 🤗🤗

Though it's a old hotel, but convenient centrally located with all amenities nice food too

Really nice property and rooms. Location is also quite good. Property is well maintained despite being old. Food is subpar. Had the worst indian food in my life.

Location is good, breakfast is ok as you cannot expect much from the 5 star hotels abroad. The rooms are pretty old, so you will find things that may not be working properly like the flush or hand faucet or leaking bath tub. It has a private beach and good swimming pool. But if you have a packed agenda, you may not get to enjoy the facilities. They do not stand by their words and commitment. If you are booking, they will not even support you for any issues. In my case, i had booked for 2 adults and 2 children by paying a higher amount. But the hotel though they confirmed in email at time of booking that the booking is for 2 adults and 2 children, on the checkin day they said it's booked only for 2 adults and 1 child and made me pay for the additional child. They do not have call center also to speak. They don't respond over emails also.

Exceptionally beautiful property. Spacious rooms, clean and lush green resort with beautiful sunset view and beach access.

The entrance and the connectivity to beach were very nice but the main problem is with the room, it’s very old and not maintained well. It was very difficult using the washroom, they just had a bath tub but no separate bathing area and the bath tub and taps are not that clean. Also the commode was not functioning well.

Excellent location. Very near to airport. Beachfront. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is good.

Beautiful hotel, situated right at the beachfront. Amazing views, amazing service, 24 hour room service, 6 restaurants inside the hotel. Pure value for money. We had a wonderful experience and would like to come again.

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in..Excellent staff, awesome pool, breathtaking views from hotel since kuta beach is just few mtrs away..hotel is perfectly located when it comes to ordering food or visiting indian restaurants, all within walkable distance of 500 mtrs, so many options for money exchanges, in all a perfect place to relax and enjoy your holidays..

This is the old dated property that's seen better days in the past. Rooms were large but furnished old style. Breakfast was good and lavish.

The location of the hotel is really great, it is right on the beach. Also the shopping malls, restaurants are all within walking distance

Very good stay good stay. We reached there by 15th of august 2024 and checked in the check in was really smooth

The hotel rooms, while large, are basic. The furniture is chipped, the mini fridge does not work. The view from the 37th floor, was good. The breakfast area is terrible. It looks and feels like a cheap bus terminus cafeteria. Apparently, the food and service is outsourced, as informed by one of the service staff.
