Convenient:)

For those peoples working around China ... Nice and quite place the rooms are really comfortable like at home,clean and accurate. Western Restourant not so good, but still acceptable,breakfast on standard.

Good choice for business

Very convenience location that close to High Speed Train station and our business place. Variety choice for breakfast. Room is nice and clean. Free in room wifi, but you are unable to use gmail in China. One hour high speed train to Shanghai. Good value for money.

Awesome hotel at good location

This hotel situated in good location.rooms are good enough space and decorated very nice.Staffs are kind and polite .internet speed is good signal is ok.there is bar-good restaurant-spa.it has a good view to city.breakfast is good with varitey(vegeterian-meet-,...).

Nice place

A 4 stars hotel that seems a 5 stars. It was just one night, the hotel is precious inside with very spacious and wonderful rooms. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety between local and international food.

Avoid Wyndham hotels unless yo....

My previous visits to this hotel were somewhat surprising (good) as it seems like a much nicer hotel in comparison to the Howard Johnson chain in the US (which I would not even get close to.) The rooms were comfortable and clean and well equipped although the AC only seems to function in half of the hotel. However the management were kind enough to relocate me when I experienced this issue. The restaurant on the first floor does not cater so well to international visitors and the staff are not very well trained. Individually made cups of coffee were the best I have had in any of the hotels I stay at in China but if you want a glass of wine forget it. I went in for lunch one Sunday and asked for a table for one to order a la carte instead of brunch. I was immediately asked what I wanted while standing in the entrance and not having read the menu!! I politely asked to sit and review the menu and eventually got to order. My mistake was asking for a glass of white wine. They couldn't serve me a glass ( got the same response in the bar on a previous trip) and this took 10 minutes to communicate. I wasn't going to order a bottle by myself so I tried to order a glass of red! Same story. Then the waitress offered to see if they would open a bottle of white and asked me to choose. She came back empty handed and said it wasn't possible but perhaps they could give me a glass of red!!! I should have known better than to say yes as I think it was the local Chinese wine which tastes like cooking wine which has gone bad. Not my idea of a nice Sunday afternoon lunch!! Sadly disappointing. I just made my reservation for my upcoming trip along with 3 other coworkers. When our travel plans changed I called up to cancel and was informed this was a non-cancelable reservation(the key work being "reservation") I spoke to a supervisor and they would not give in or explain why, other than it was a " non-cancelable reservation" and I could not make changes either. Apparently there is no such thing as a cancelable or changeable reservation given the "Reservation Policy" on all bookings ( I went back to the website to create another reservation) which does indicate to cancel by a certain date........but you still pay a penalty equal to the room rate plus tax which amounts to the full bill anyway!! This is the worst example of appaling Customer Service I have come across with any hotel chain, and I travel a lot. So now my employer is out by $700. They take advantage of you either way and pocket the cash for thousands of travelers who don't stay in their hotel. Well I can tell you that I will not be staying here again and neither will anyone else from my company. Too bad Wyndham Hotels! My advice pick another hotel- I will return to the Traders Hotel.
