To start with Ms veda and Ms Deeksha the on duty manager & Front office manager, made sure we didnt face any discomfort during our stay They even complimented us with A room upgrade and Access to their exclusive Taj Club Lounge. Upon request for late checkout they even acknowledged the same. Mr Shubham our housekeeping person who beautifully decorated our room. At the Taj club lounge we were greeted and welcomed by Mr Javed and Mr Rohan who made sure we get enough of Vegetarian food options and a range of mocktails. Last but not the least the BLD Restaurant was the main cake and cherry as well of our stay. Mr Amay & Ms Puja were so warm in welcoming us, they incoporated each and every of our request for food. We are leaving Taj Cidade with heart full of lovely suprises, staffs warmth and wonderful memories.!

Hi everyone, we stayed here for two nights between 4th to 6th July. We were 9 persons including 3 children’s aged between 9 to 11 years. At reception we were welcomed by shreya who was very cordial and sweet lady. Even she upgraded one of room to premier category sea facing one. breakfast and one meal were included in package. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and they also served food as per children’s demand. Roof swimming pool was bit small. Guest can use pools of Raj heritage also. Hotel provides free shuttle to their private beach but we couldn’t find any beach activities probably due to high tide. Kids enjoyed a lot. And one more thing cocktails LIT and whiskey sour were yummy with very genuinely priced. So, a great stay.

My stay at Taj Cidade de Goa - Horizon was nothing short of spectacular. The location is unbeatable — right on a serene beach with breathtaking sea views. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and offered every comfort imaginable. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive throughout our stay. The in-house restaurants served delicious food, and the beachside cafés added a unique charm. The pool area, spa, and private beach access truly made it a 5-star experience. Whether relaxing or partying, the vibe was perfect. Would highly recommend for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and luxury.

Our stay at Taj Cidade De Goa Horizon was delightful. Be it the room, the view from the sea view room, or the food at the restaurants, everything was top notch. The private beach was very clean and surreal. The infinity pool at Horizon was great too. The staff was polite, helpful and accommodating. The facility of airport transfer as well as Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, Goa cabs for travel purposes was also convenient and reasonable as well. Would love to visit the property again in future.

Amazing customer service and attention to detail in a superbly crafted Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, Goa . Beautiful and well maintained rooms and a superb culinary experience were the key elements. The stunning views from the sea facing room will remain in our minds forever . From the efficient check-in formalities to the amazing dinner experience at C2C restaurant everything was just perfect . The Taj brand is in safe hands.

Stay was awesome. We spent quality time there with sea view room and extraordinary experience. The In dining experience was too good. Whatever food we asked the chef, he prepared them for us and it was very delicious too. And above all, one thing for which Taj is known is hospitality. No one can beat them in this. Whatever you need, they always provide it for you in a calm and friendly manner.

I personally loved the room veiw and location nice hospitality I had great experience it was yummy taste food here after it’s my go to place

Stay was amazing , the staff and service was just perfect and very cooperative , starting from welcome everything was very nice , even for going to beach , driver with car was always available, one word for the stay is super.
