We had a very pleasant stay , one of the best properties in Goa , excellent staff , the food was excellent

The overall experience was good and was a great stay. The sea view was good and the management was good with the onboarding process.

- Food very good and spread was good , hotel staff and managers were too good and helped us a lot in all the ways , daughter was unwell and they brought medicines for us thanks for this , after all it is TATA culture, we got upgrade and thanks for the same , on improvements , they can upgrade the furniture and looks of the room which is slightly older now for thag price .

The service was not up to the mark of taj and it's more of a corporate style rather than goa vibe food was good and the room is good and with few flaws

Excellent 2-Day Stay with Amazing Views I stayed at Taj Cidade de Goa – Horizon for two days and had a wonderful experience. The sea-view room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety and the quality of food was excellent. The infinity pool and ocean views made the stay feel truly relaxing. Overall, a perfect choice for a short luxury break. Highly recommended!

Stay was good and the staff were helpful. But croud was more so was not sounding like a 5 star hotel

What customer service , can’t name one whole experience makes you so special , no one can come close to TAJ customer experience , and the property is fantastic sea facing with such serene view , beach access , food , rooms everything was luxury

It was a nice and good atmosphere and it has attached beach and nice food with proper maintenance and service and the staff is very humble all the manager and staff are very professional and good maintenance of the property

Most amazing stay. Flawless. View from terrace pool was great. N the unique point was there sea view rooms. Oh my god. Totally Worth the money. N food was also delicious

Had a wonderful stay at Taj Cidade Horizon in a King Room with Sea View. The hospitality was amazing, staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent. The sea view from our room made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The hotel property location and ambience is very good. Room was very specious. Excellent sea view from the full length window. Staff was very helpful. But there was absolutely no arrangement to hang your wet towel or clothes. You just have to leave it on the chair or put it in the bathtub.

It was a nice and pleasant stay. Property was very well maintained and neat. The staff was quite polite and eager to help. The food quality and the buffet spread was appreciable.

We stayed here for 3 nights ,Overall experience was good ,rooms,bathroom,beds were neat and clean .only problem I had in morning breakfast there were no non-veg options except some sauceges.veg spread was good .overall it was good stay

Very nice hotel with a clear view of the beach from room itself. The Vainguinim beach is at 2 mins distance and hotel provides a free shuttle to reach the beach as many times as you want. The hotel staff is very nice and always there to make your stay comfortable. There are two swimming pools in the hotel which are not too big but well maintained.

The Hotel was very good, specially the staff was very cooperative. They gave us a room upgrade, which was very luxurious room with a very fine view of sea wear. Hai, thankful for making our holiday such a memorable thanks Taj. Thanks make my trip.

Everything you expect from Taj ..... gr8 hospitality,gr8 food and very well apportioned rooms.... ours was a with an ocean view... and what a view it was.....simply amazing
