The staffs were very rude and did not provide complimentary breakfast. They were very unprofessional too.

I have paid for each meal after paying for breakfast included hotel. The manager is very rude to people who book from oyo or mmt. You must be vigilant on whom you do business with. Bad experience.

Opted for the deluxe stay. The suit was good. Clean and comfortable. They had sofa centre table, very clean washroom and in bedroom we had almirah a table and a chair. I loved the room 😍 The staffs were well behaved and helpful.

The room was worst then anythng. The bed was dirty the room had foul smell. Overall wat they its not the same.

Room lock broken. Other guests shouting at night and window panel broken from where mosquitoes came in.

Room was clean and spacious, pillow cover was not changed, then i requested for change, they immediately changed the same.

Paid 200 extra. This is very bad service.

This property is undoubtedly good but i had faced some problems in check in, when i entered at the hotel they told me that there was no any booking in my name. Then i called to the mm t coustomer care, and the solved my problem, it took nearly 2 hours to check in. After confirmation of my booking the asked me for the booking amount and denied to provide complementary breakfast, and demanded extra money. But spending some words i took the room which i booked and they also provided me breakfast.

Hotel staff behaved rudely. There was no complimentary water bottle in the room. Food was charged whereas it was complimentary on my booking.

Don't book this hotel. You will be in a lot of trouble. After payment they will denie your booking.

This hotel took extra 600- from me they did not provide breafast although it was included in room rate

The hotel was fully booked and i had to search for another hotel. And the service was very poor at the other hotel. So overall i had a terrible experience

Rooms were decent and all amenities are present.
