had an overall amazing experience at Zostel! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a great vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay comfortable. The rooms were cozy, and common areas were perfect for relaxing and meeting new people. A great choice for travelers looking for a safe and fun place to stay. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at the Zostel in Kodainal, thanks to the whole team for their hospitality and their help! The hostel's common areas are great, with many board games, and outside : a bonfire, some hammocks with a great view. Great for solo travellers, to meet new people !

The property is bad, does not have proper beds and washrooms. Even the view is very bad. Then comes the manager, he would randomly threaten people, out of the blue and laugh about it.

It was great experience staying here and if you planning to travel solo Zostel is the best option

Property's food was tasty but costly The location of the property is perfect. The management is little off, people are too indulge in themselves

Food is little bit expensive and the service is self service which I found to be inconvenience as compared to zostel munnar. Hope they will provide a server in the food court and a better dining place would be a lot better

The stay was okay overall, but the property didn’t really have a good vibe. It felt a bit dull and not very welcoming. Food and location were decent, but the atmosphere could definitely be improved.
