Review Of Xomotel- Ranikhet Heights

Our stay was comfortable and peaceful at xomotel, Service was very good . Food was tasty freshly cooked home like feeling. Breakfast was also good but not much options. location of the hotel is apt. front of the hotel has a mountain view and back has forests of pine trees, very good for morning walk. Hospitality is good. Please book suite rooms only Standard rooms are not upto the mark. Need to maintain Games room especially lighting. Books collection was not good very old and torned magazines and books.

It’s good, the view is nice, staffs are friendly, suite is good, hotel is cleans! Food is also excellent and according to the budget it’s best

The hotel is very bad staff support and staying there is very bad experience not a single hygiene and food is not upto the marks. Very bad experience i think they are not running a hotel

I enjoyed the stay very much. The view from room is soothing and surroundings and garden is well maintained and beautiful. You can see the mountain peak view from here. The food was delicious and refreshing.

Beautiful property with snowy himalayan view and delicious pahadi food made our stay worth staying in this property, they also have games room and haidakhan ashram is just in walkin distance, golf course, apple garden, sunset point were some near by places we visited.

Poor facilities and amenities. The tv wasn't working but the staff managed to fix it only after a lot of efforts but still it wasn't perfect. Lighting in the room was not good enough. The property had a garden but they didn't light it up don't know why. So. Not of much use. Food was okay. Location is nice, in the middle of a jungle. Staff was okay. The price i paid for the stay was too high. Not at all worth it.

The stay was really amazing at this hotel. It gives an awesome view of snow laden peaks of the himalayas. The staff was really good. The hotel was a vegetarian hotel but on request they have arranged chicken curry for us. I really enjoyed my stay at xomotel.

The stay of one night and two days at xomotel ranikhet heights was very nice. The property itself is very beautiful. The mountain view around is spectacular. Their service and cleanliness is applicable. I liked the small property garden too. The restaurant is pure veg. Food was mouth watering. Cottage rooms are big enough for a family of 4. Cabinet racks are clean and covered with fresh newspaper sheets.

It was excellent stay. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Location is good. But the room was not having any balcony. Otherwise my family enjoyed.

I’ve traveled along with my family including my parents, wife and two kids (ages below 5. Ranikhet is such a place which was liked by everyone and the stay was amazing. I contacted the hotel from kotdwar and by then they were in regular touch with me. Location of the hotel was very much approachable and they have ample car parking space. Very cordial staff members including the person who picked up the luggage, receptionist, buffet manager & room service guys as well. Decent rooms and all basic facilities, games room has various indoor games like tt, pool, carrom, chess, ludo etc which we enjoyed with whole family after our day activities. Garden has its own worth as its well maintained and the weather of ranikhet adds to its beauty. Only thing which they may add could be few swings/ jhoola for kids as they have space. I found this place worth staying. Cheers

The rooms were very average as compared to the exorbitant price we paid for it. The bathroom was pathetic. However the services were fair enough ok.

Hotel ranikhet heights has a spectacular position with a very good scenic beauty. But it has a strictly vegetarian restaurant which however provides delicious food. But customers should know the fact of food beforehand.

Location of property is very good, food quality was very good, behaviours of staff was very good. Service was also very good. More focus requires on cleanliness of toilets, adequate arrangements may be provided to hang cloths in bathroom

It was indeed great experience enjoying stay @xomotel, nice reception received from mr narayan ji. Property is neat and clean and full of nature(flower and fruits. Best part was food and service. Thanks to all working there and service us best of them.
