Value for money - reasonably priced luxury at a very good location. What we liked were: large &well-appointed rooms, good food and location. The furnitures can however be modernised.

The worst property experience. Toilets were unclean, showers were not working. All the fittings had rust. Food was also terrible.

The location was "to die for" and the property has been beautifully built around it. I am always gonna choose this lodge for whenever i visit ranikhet.

Excellent view from property. Amazing food and hospitality. Kids friendly place. Lots of places to visit. Katarmal sun temple, golf course. Rani jheel. Overall very nice stay.

I have visited with my family n returns with forever memories. Check in n check out were smooth. Room is spacious with beautiful sunset view. Food were fresh n tasty. Staff always ready to help. Overall good hotel

A decent stay, would say that the cleanliness could be a little better, but apart from that the staff is good, manager is sweet

Location is undoubtedly wonderful, peaceful and relaxing environment. But the rooms lack cleanliness and the basic amenities are very poor. Food is sub-par and less staff members make it difficult for them to help out guests.

It's truly a heritage spacious property. Spent good time with family. Food is very tasty and staff is quite cooperative.

The property is very beautiful. They have maintained an extensive garden of hundreds of different plants and flowers. The building design is very beautiful in every corner. The bungalow on the top is gorgeous and very photo-genic. The furniture, furnishings and the ambience give it a very quaint character and transport you to a different era. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. The food is amazing. You can always request for local delicacies. There are small hikes nearby to cantonment areas like golf course and parade ground. The views in the morning are breath-taking. You can see sunlight hitting the tops of himalayan peaks right from your bed. This view is especially good from the bungalow rooms on the top. Room 101 is a must see.

Terrible. We were told to vacate the hotel at 10 am in the morning. The guy from the hotel took the luggage and missed one bag and then charged me money to drop it at 5 km distance horrible experience. I went there because thought it to be welcome group hotel i was charged for a ac room but there was not even a ceiling fan in the room should have got two beds as i paid for 2+1 teenage kid so all in all regret to book this hotel

They have taken the word heritage true to their hearts. Towels, bedsheets, bathroom were all old, yellow, and in a bad condition. The staff was really good and helpful, the in-hotel food was good with a wide variety.

Construction was very old so things were not working like shower was not working, room heater was also bad, towels are very old so very rough. Food was not good.

The premium room is located at an awesome place in ranikhet. 10/10 for the location of “that” room. Not all rooms they offer have that great view.

The location of the resort is beautiful and the staff was very courteous and informative.

Very well located to be able to enjoy a walk in the woods - through the forest - the kumaon regimental cent-re is nearby with its vast golf course - lot of open spaces around providing the much needed fresh air during these covid times - the a la carte fare was enjoyable in an antique setting - pleasing staff - wonderful stay

The location is perfect for stay in peace, the best part of stay is peace.
