Xenia cruise called and informed that their booking is not available. And asked me to cancel when i was just 1 hour away from the place. Then after a heated conversation they shifted it to anna cruise. And i was not provided any of the amenities i had paid while booking. While booking ac was mentioned in the amenities and later in was on timely basis. Service in anna cruise was good. Food was enjoyable. But xenia cruise gave a hard time.
