The room was not neat bathroom was broken, dirty cutlerys provided not easy to access, no proper car parking

I regret to share our disappointing experience at the hotel. The rooms did not match the advertised pictures, and cleanliness was subpar, falling short of our expectations. Overall, our stay did not meet the standards we anticipated.

The stay was good. The sheets were not clean and had to make them change the sheets. The new sheets also had stain marks on them. Kettle is not available in the room, but to be brought from reception. Kettle was also not clean. Overall, bit dissatisfied about cleanliness. Other services were okay. Would give 3. 5 out of 5 for the overall experience.

Very nice and clean rooms with very humble and polite staff, also at reception, staff is very good. Rooms are great and comfortable with fast wifi as well. Amazing value for the price they’re offering their rooms. Location of the hotel is also very good, main road is just walking distance. Would highly recommend for everyone, even couples can stay here without any doubt in mind!

No hot water, ac was not working, electricity went off in btw, staff was not available to contact.
