Overall, the room and view were nice. However, we noticed some inconsistencies in the amenities provided across the two rooms we booked - one had a hair dryer, while the other didn't. It would be great if each room had an intercom or phone facility to reach the reception and help desk, especially since the area lacks network coverage for mobile phones. Additionally, the recreation room could use some maintenance. For instance, the Carrom board was missing a few coins. On the positive side, the food was excellent - lunch, dinner, and breakfast were all good. Thank you for your attention to these matters

This is a very beautiful and romantic resort to spend time. The weather is misty and lovely, with cool wind, light rain, and breeze—it feels magical. It is in a prime location, just 300 meters from the main road, and there is a KSRTC bus stop nearby. The resort has a nice and peaceful atmosphere in the rooms, balconies, restaurant, and reception area. The staff, including housekeeping, reception, restaurant team, and the manager, are very polite and well-behaved. There is a clean common swimming pool, and a few cottages have private pools. Most cottages have a balcony with furniture, which makes it perfect to sit, relax, and enjoy the cool weather. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and fairly priced for a tourist area. They provide a breakfast buffet and also offer evening tea with complimentary snacks. But Kerala-style rice meals are not available. The rooms and the whole property are very neat and clean. The weather stays between 14 to 16°C during June, July, and August, and can go even lower in winter. There are beautiful views of plantations and mountains all around. There are no insects, flies, or reptiles inside or outside, so it’s safe to sit outdoors at night. The weather is so cool that fans or ACs are not needed. The rooms have geysers, kettles, hair dryers, toiletries, and a TV. All major tourist spots are within 6 kilometers, making it a very comfortable and peaceful place to stay. There’s also an indoor recreation room with games like table tennis, pool, and carroms, perfect for some indoor fun during your stay The resort has around 30 well-spaced cottages surrounded by nature, offering a calm and private atmosphere. It is also located within a vast 34-acre tea plantation, which adds to the scenic beauty. We purchased their tea packets during our visit, and they were absolutely delicious—full of flavor and truly refreshing.

Recently had the pleasure to stay at Winter Vale. It was amazing, specially the view from the room. The staff were warm, welcoming, helpful. The room was spacious. Food was amazing along with evening tea with snacks offered, it was very delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Stay was good. For 4.5k with complementary breakfast is fine, but the actual price was 6k+. It don’t fit for that price. Front desk can be more clear that we asked for extra bed and it took 4 phone calls and 1.45 hours to get ready! Overall it’ could be an average stay

Rooms are ok, plantation view is good, food is average but costlier, service personnel in restaurants inadequate, indoor pay area for kids is not good, evening tea and snacks excellent. Swimming pool very small but rain dance is enjoyable.

Location is really good. Rooms are kept clean .The staff was really cordial and always helpful. Food and the menu needs improvement. Overall a very pleasant stay for 2 days.

Nestled on the top of a valley the view from the hotel is breathtaking. The property is brilliantly maintained and the food is prepared very well. they provided us with free coffee/tea at tea time. The rooms are extremely well maintained.
