I recently visited the Hotel wind palace with my family, and it was a delightful experience! We opted for the buffet, and the variety of dishes was impressive – something for everyone to enjoy. The food quality was excellent, with every dish tasting fresh and flavorful. The ambiance was elegant, and the staff were courteous, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. At around ₹1500 per person, it’s worth every penny for the variety and quality offered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great dining experience with family or friends. A must-visit place!

Our stay at the Hotel wind palace in Jaipur was a nice experience, and a few people truly stood out for their exceptional service: 1. Ghanshyam – an excellent concierge. Polite, friendly, and highly professional. 2. Arjun – a top-notch driver and a genuinely kind person. We spent an entire day with him exploring Jaipur’s attractions and shops. He was patient, helpful, and always in a good mood. We wish him all the best! 3. Ajay – a staff member at breakfast who spoke excellent English, probably better than anyone else during our stay. he was efficient, extroverted, and possibly a supervisor — a real asset to the team. The breakfast was by far the best we had in jaipur, even when compared to other 5 star hotels on our trip. We visited Amber Fort and had a pleasant tour with a guide we met on the way, named Sunil. Later that night, we found a kind handwritten message in our room signed by someone also named Sunil — not sure if it was the same person, but either way, thank you, Sunil, for the thoughtful gesture and the lovely tour! The Pink Bar on the terrace has a great atmosphere. Don’t expect many food options, but it’s still worth enjoying a warm evening up there, even with the sound of wedding processions passing by. The hotel courtyard is beautiful, and overall the design is elegant and inviting. Do note that the hotel is located far from the city center — something we were already aware of when choosing it. One small downside: every afternoon they called the room to inform us of an activity happening in the courtyard. While it’s nice to be informed, it can be a bit disruptive if you’re resting or napping. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent service and a peaceful setting.

One of my absolute favorite stays ever. The staff provide exceptional service, everything is attended to promptly, and the hotel property is just gorgeous! We stayed in a suite which was huge, and had all the amenities one could ask for, and the bathroom is pure luxury. We also enjoyed the breakfast spread a lot. Cherry on top, hotel staff comped our dessert that we ordered while waiting for our airport cab to arrive. Loved the place and the staff, highly recommend staying here when visiting Jaipur. It is a bit far from the city but the hotel property and service make it well worth it. ETA: We forgot one of our bags in the room during checkout, we called them from the airport and they were able to locate it immediately, and provided airport transfer back for us to pick up the bag from the hotel. Honestly the best service and staff!

this is the 3rd th time I was choosing wind palace hotel. But that's not because of the service they provide, but only because the property is in walkable distance to my place of visit. In the 1st time, it was not booked by me. but in other visits I directly booked the property through MMT. In that, the first experience was terrific. the room was very small with a suffocating smell of cigarettes which was not evacuated out even by an exhaust fan. the wash room lacks even basic toiletries and hygiene was poor. There was no phone in the room and the fan was not working. But staffs were so polite and cooperative in the 3rd visit I got a room which was comparatively good. Everything was okay there. But the door locks are so difficult to work. both in the 2nd and 3rd visits, I opted for late check out at 4 pm and they charged different amounts within a gap of 2 days ( ir. 2nd checkout on Sunday -rps 400, 3rd visit checkout on Wednesday -rps 500). The hotel has to improve in terms of hygiene and basic amenities!

Our stay was okeyish, although the air conditioning in our initial room was not functioning properly. After requesting a change, we were given a more suitable room. However, the elevator was intermittently out of service, causing some inconvenience for my mother, who has a slipped disc and had to use the stairs twice. The bedsheet was also not perfectly clean. Parking was somewhat limited. The location was convenient, being near Hawa Mahal and Jal Mahal. The staff were kind and helpful.
