It was good...rooms are bit small and old but staff is really good. Also hotel is quite near to market which makes is great location. Overall decent stay.

We, my Wife and I stayed at the Hotel for only a day and were absolutely blown away by the Restaurant, Soul, on the premises. The food was delicious, the ambience magical, youthful, well heeled crowd, a smattering of Caucasians, Indians, Africans, Orientals, nice music...it ticked all the right boxes. The location is excellent, almost bang on MI Road. Rooms and the bathrooms were clean. The staff extremely courteous and helpful, Mr Chaudhary at the reception deserves special mention. Great stay, thanks, keep it up.

Hotel imperial stay was wonderful. Loved the ambiance and staff behavior. Rooms were clean and all of the mentioned facilities were available. Hotel staff is very helpful and treat us very nicely. Value for money i would recommend this stay.

Location of the hotel is top notch. Easy access to prominent spots. Good for a short family stay. Didn’t try the food at the property. Hygiene was well maintained by the staff.

Worst experience- ac not working, wash is very bad, tap also not working properly, wi-fi and all service is very poor

Shower not working, noisy nights as club on ground floor doesn’t let sleep till 2 am in the morning. No dental kits, towels or soap to bath

Poor service. Hotel ke wash rooms me sirf garam paani aara garmi ke season me. Reception pe jaane kis ko rekha hua hai jisko thik se baat bhi krna bhi nahi aata. Hotel me k oi facility nahi na soap na dental kit even water bottle bhi pese se lo room me 1 bottle bhi complimentary nahi. Mera ab tk ka sabse bekar experience raha is hotel ka. Koi bhi ise book nana kare. Room bhi ekdm bakwaas hai. Ac bhi purane laga rakhe hai

From check in to checkout everything was so smooth, staffs were very polite and humble, location was perfect it was in middle of city that made convenient to get any local transportation. Will definitely stay here when visit to Jaipur again.🤗

Location : is good food : no proper food arrangement. No breakfast. Hygiene : terrible safety standard : terrible basically this hotel is having a club house and very loud music go on for whole night and you can't sleep. The room service is almost zero. I will never like to stay in this hotel again.

Room is ok. No room service. Staff is not professional. Amenities are not up to the mark. Door lock wasn't functioning. We had to shift another room twice during two days stay. Loud music in the hotel restaurant till midnight disturb sleep.

Rooms are fine. Amenities and services are below average. Staff is not friendly. Door lock wasn't working. Several rooms are having same issue. We had to shift to another room which delayed our schedule. Loud music was going on till 12. 30 night in the adjacent hotel restaurant which disturbed sleeps for two nights
