Room Service Not available,Also AC water leakage issue,When we talk to shift the room they provide unhygienic room in lower grade and said,only this room is available,we have no option.

Location was in prime City . Service was good. Maintained cleaness in the room. Room Service was bit costly. Overall good Experience.

Bad experience this hotel

Upon our arrival, there was no one to assist us take the luggage to the room. They just gave us the key and then we were on our own. The room that I booked had AC leakage problem, so they changed the room upon request, but the second room that they gave us had it’s Toilet Flush not working. Even after multiple complaints no one showed up. Made several calls even to send a bottle of water and no one showed up.

Property was very good condition and facilities are also best compare to other hotels food is ok but very costly

unhygiene bed, pillow and etc also the cupboard is broken and electricity issues totaly horrible for me as i seen reviews of people on mmt and booked it but it turned out to be totally unexpected and horrible. as i paid money there is no satisfaction totally at all. don't prefer at all waste of money.

The manager Rajan was extremely arrogant & rude. Being in the hospitality sector, he is supposed to be polite & welcoming but he was not at all welcoming. Our commode’s flush was leaking perpetually. Had to call the plumber to get it fixed. The sink was broken. We were not given towels. There was no room service. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was pathetic. MMT should instead give a full or partial refund for this booking. Our stay was just pathetic.

Room Flor was not clean properly, even washroom also, quite small room, it’s the first time bad experience, otherwise it’s was very nice property.

Nice place to stay. Have booked family room suite staff was also helpful there is restaurant available on rooftop also a play area which is chargeable.
