The cuttons that were put up in the room were completely dirty, then the table, chair, cupboard, everything was dirty, it was not cleaned properly, and even during the 3 night stay, no call came for room cleaning, nor did the housekeeping come

The location of the hotel is great as it is located in the middle of all tourist spots. They have facility like paking snd resturant which really good. Room service is amazing and rooms are awesome

Very poor management, disgusting staff, amenities just for show off, very poor taste in food total money waste. Dharamshala even better than this hotel.

Good location but service wise it was ok. No toilet paper, no proper soap, denied to provide glasses in the room. Can do much better in terms of service.

Very bad experience
If i’m talking about the housekeeping service- room is too dirty no dusting no cleaning, all linens are dirty, hairs in the floor if i’m talking about the food then i ordered poori bhaji but the concern is bhaji is smelly in flavour talking about the poori it’s fry in last 3 days old oil and for f&b dept i told him i need curd but he replied me we can’t give curd in poorji bhaji overall my experience is very bad i never ever recommend anyone

Terrible Stay
No warm water available in rhea rest rooms. Bed was smelling. No proper hygiene conditions were maintained. In breakfast asked for simple bread butter and they have not even delivered the same in 01 hour every time we ask the waiter sir please wait for 5 minutes. would never recommend anyone to stay.

Good to stay, market is far.
I found the hotel on mmt, food quality is good, amenities and services can say as average. It is far from market location so need to go with your personal vehicle.
