Review Of Hotel Jaipur Heritage

The stay was average – the only good part was the staff, who were polite and helpful. However, the rest of the experience was quite poor. The property is very old and lacks proper maintenance. The breakfast options are extremely limited – they only serve parathas, and there are no suitable options for kids. Shockingly, they even serve tea and coffee to children. Would you really want your young kids to drink tea or coffee? I even requested them to at least offer lemon soda or milk for the kids, but their response was, ‘This is all we can provide.’ Even the hot water wasn’t working properly. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for families. Please consider looking for a better alternative.

Hotel not good

My recent stay at a booked property was underwhelming. the property was unhygienic, noisy, and had untrained staff. The constant loud music, albeit for religious purposes, was disturbing.

Budget stay. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Outside ambience is good. Rooftop restaurant is also nice and quality food is available. Staff is supportive, well groomed. And most importantly all the tourist sites are close to the hotel. So it’s a good place to stay overall.

It's a banquet hall cum hotel. Renovation works has been processed, not comfortable to stay. Pool are under construction and rooms are not well equipped. Very bad experience

The was under renovation. I did not click the photos. Because the hotel was under renovation and the hotel was not clean. The pillow covers and curtains were dirty and had a bad smell.

Spacious and clean rooms, courteous staff, good location for site seeing.

Jaipur heritage hotel are good but service low

Nothing good, location good but neither room service good nor basic amenities good

Everything is good. Facilities is also good.

AC was not working. Used bedsheet was given. After complaining new one was given. Housekeeping was terrible. They were not hospitable.

Loud parties not professional staff.

Please don't book this property for staying. Actually this property is only for marriage parties etc. They don't have staff even to carry your luggage and other room services. They don't have kitchen to serve breakfast or other things. There are many other better hotels in less expensive.

It wasn't anywhere close to features mentioned on web. Service pathetic and staff useless, rooms were average. We were most upset with service and staff. Had to ask for everything (even newspaper) couple of times.

Hotel location is out side of city and no any market near of hotel. Hotel service is totally poor and hotel staff are not in hotel at vacation time. And all are foods heavy expensive. Lunch and dinner facilities are not available.

3rd class service, rooms are dirty & unhygienic, intercom doesn't work, pathetic service, menu is shared but no food availability & no prior information shared about the same & no one is even bothered about the guests. Never expected from MMT that this type of hotels they have chosen as best hotels in their list.

Best location and best environment for family staying. This hotel has a green garden for playing & enjoying evening tea. Enjoying moonlight at night near the nature. I suggest all of my friends to take the hospitality of this hotel if they visit Jaipur.

Just OK The rooms were not that great. Since we did not pay much for the property so we cannot expect to get anything better than we got. Please do not go for it if you are paying above 1200/day. We went for a day trip so it did not bother us much.

It is a nice place, nice hotel to live in. In this hotel, there is one garden, it is beautiful. And this location near water palace and many other famous place, so you can go out to visit them any time you want.
