    Terrible Stay

    I booked for premium room and I was given normal room and guy at the reception was rude arogant and goon. He stated that room was at high price and Make my trip did not upgrad the price. Terrible experience never recommend this hotel

    There is no proper room cleaning.We have to ask 10 times for mineral water still they dont provide.Also charging for mattress even after i have booked as 3 adults 1 room
